We haven't found a great way to prevent this other than to avoid placing the petals very deep into the top of the soap. You would have to find a way to completely prevent them from getting exposed to moisture which isn't very likely to happen in a product that is 60-70% water.
Hi, a little different question. I made a salt scrub using pink Himalayan salt, grapeseed oil, rose clay very little like 1% and neroli essential oil. I made it 1 to 1.5 months back and kept in room, not refridgerator. Delhi is really hot now. Today when I opened to use it, its smelling bad also texture has become so so sticky, it's like glue. I don't know what i did wrong. Or is it i received low quality or near expired grapeseed oil? Since you have so knowledgeable, what do you think might be the reason?
Hello! I make melt and pour soap, but I am a begginer. May I use the same ratio in melt and pour 1 teaspoon of clay and 1 tablespoon of water? Is water good in soap base? Thank you!
We would recommend using our Rose Clay Color Block if you're wanting to use clay in melt & pour soap: www.brambleberry.com/shop-by-product/ingredients/colorants/color-blocks/rose-clay-color-block/V900115.html If you are going to use clay instead of a clay color block, we recommend using it in a 1:3 ratio, but with 99% isopropyl alcohol instead of water. You can read more about using clay in body products on our website here: www.brambleberry.com/how-to/bath-and-body/art0015-clay-in-bath-and-beauty-projects.html
I am SO new to soap making and have started with melt and pour 3 weeks ago (I’m pretty sure I bought everything on BB at this point lol). I was wondering, is it possible to get this type of texture at the top when doing melt and pour? Or MP not thick enough to get this texture?
Olá Anne , gosto muito dos sabonetes que faz, tenho pena de ainda não saber fazer o cold process, só faço com a glicerina vegetal e extrato e óleo essencial. Gostava de ter as suas fragrâncias. Obrigada 🇵🇹
Yes, mica is added to achieve the color for this soap bar. Pigments are made from a mixture of different minerals, micas are generally just mica mineral.

When using any of our fragrances, you can use our Fragrance Calculator to determine how much fragrance you need in your products: www.brambleberry.com/calculator?calcType=fragrance
The first time I made this, I did add way too much charcoal at the layers and many sections did split off. Since then, I've done more of a "pencil line" which works great.

It looks rustic, but at the same time it's such a delicate soap!
The pink tone and black line are so exquisitely combined!
I love you BB!💗🥰
I love her cols process soap videos. They're so relaxing
I love the little bloopers at the end :) and I enjoy watching a fossil (not really!) of soapmaking at work :)
Once again learning for me ! I’m new to cp soap making , and I have found my passion .
The sort of natural striping variations in the pink plus the black lines make it look like marble or granite. Very pretty!
Love this very informative ❤️ love the bloopers 😊
Love your videos! I will give this a try soon. Keep on “blooping” because they keep it real!
Beautiful!! I love Rosehip Jasmine!! It’s one of my favorites! I was just smelling it today!
Nice to c u after long time.....plse keep making more videos....lots of love from INDIA
Beautiful soap.
Wow wow wow ...super teachers ❤ Happy New Year🤓🥳🥳🥳🍕✈ and great soap for 2022 top 1 in my projects 😀
I love the rustic yet elegance combination. But girl, how do u cut freehand with such precision? I can’t do that. Lol gorgeous soap!
Anne-Marie has had a lot of practice!
Beautiful soap! Thanks for sharing :)
Nice mix
I always love the singing. We would have fun making soap together!
This was a random video for me. Very interesting ❤️
Will definitely try this. Thanks for the video.
Thanks for the advice on using clay and health and safety.
Hello.
I'm always watching your videos.
It would be great if you could add Korean subtitles to the video.^^
Hi BB, I made a round soap with rose clay once and it looked exactly like berliner. 🤣
Pretty!
Looking nice, pls make a video on how to keep petals fresh(same colour) after curing as brown petals looks bad...

Very nice 👌
If you do want to blow the charcoal more carefully, do you think using a baby nose sucker thing would work? Just to blow a tiny bit?

can you guys make a homemade glycerin soap?
Olá Anne , gosto muito dos sabonetes que faz, tenho pena de ainda não saber fazer o cold process, só faço com a glicerina vegetal e extrato e óleo essencial. Gostava de ter as suas fragrâncias. Obrigada 🇵🇹
Did you add mica pink powder to the mixture? What’s the difference between mica coloring and pigments?
Yes, mica is added to achieve the color for this soap bar. Pigments are made from a mixture of different minerals, micas are generally just mica mineral.
Mam plz mention the measurements of lye n oils

Great videos
How long do you allow the soap to cure
We cure our soap for 4 - 6 weeks!
Can you put the loaf in the oven on low for a few hours?
Do you water discount for the rose clay?
We did not water discount this recipe.
Are al the materials natural?
How much of the Rose absolute essential oil would you recommend for this size batch?
We would recommend using 0.24 to 0.48 ounces of Rose Absolute essential oil if you are using it instead of the Rosehip Jasmine fragrance oil.
@@bramble-berry thank you.
Also, could you not add the clay to the oils itself?
We generally recommend adding colorants at trace after you'd blended your oils and lye water.
I Love. I AM Brasileira. Tradulaction Português
How would one determine how much fragrance to use in a batch, I typically make 200g batches and it has been hit or miss for me.
When using any of our fragrances, you can use our Fragrance Calculator to determine how much fragrance you need in your products: www.brambleberry.com/calculator?calcType=fragrance
Do you offer soap making classes?
Why did you stop selling the duster?
Would you say this fragrance accelerates mildly
The clay along with Rosehip Jasmine Fragrance Oil, will cause the trace to become thick rather quickly.
♥️
Please, can you write the recipe in box.
Don’t u think that such a thick layer of charcoal means the soap will split during use?
The first time I made this, I did add way too much charcoal at the layers and many sections did split off. Since then, I've done more of a "pencil line" which works great.
when will this be a netflix show ???
I ordered my tools and ingredients 4 x and it never came . What’s going on?
