No he can't apparently
The background noises in this one do not mesh well.
They drown out the narration and necessitate turning up the volume, and then you have things like the random full-volume horn that are very jarring and the completely ruin the immersion

I've dealt with the same clowns man. I think it comes down to being in the proper work environments.
