Fast Castle Knights Build Order:
Pop 1: Scout
Pop 2-7: Sheep
Pop 8-11: Wood
(send vill from sheep to lure boar)
Pop 12: Boar
Pop 13: Build 2 houses, wall
Pop 14-16, 18: Build Mill next to berries
Pop 17, 19: Boar
Build 2 farms
Pop 20-25: Wood & wall a gap
Pop 26-28: Gold
Research Loom
Click Feudal
Build a Barracks
Build around 5-6 more farms
Hit Feudal
Pop 29-30 to Gold
Build Stable
Build Blacksmith
Click Castle
Research Double Bit Axe
Research Horse Collar
Build 2nd Stable
Hit Castle
Vills to Wood or Gold (If you want more knights gold, if eco wood)
Build 2nd TC when reasonable
Get Bowsaw
Get Heavyplow
Get wheelbarrow
Build 4th TC

Nice, 1080p now! Also, changing the UI to be a bit larger in the settings would be help to see villager count on resources.
Finally realized I was uploading in 720p from a viewer in a previous video 11. Should be 1080p from here on out. Also good idea on the UI, I like to keep it small to see most of the screen but I'll make it a bit bigger for the build order videos :)
Nice one.. Really liked your Malay build.. Sadly their advance time is bugged atm. However this build is really common and expected and can be found everywhere . Would love to see more of civ specific builds like Mongol mangudais or longbows or something like that. Great work anyway. Don't really care about overlay so much

3:08 you put 4th villager on wood but you didn't mention anything about it verbally. Was this intentional and part of the build to have 4 on wood this early or accidental?
Ah for sure you want to have 4 on wood in this type of build. I think earlier at 2:21 I put instructions at the top for 8-11. My UI on these earlier videos is pretty poor for displaying villager counts. 8-11 should be inclusive with villagers 8, 9, 10 and 11. Let me know if anything else pops out at you though!

Why are the towers spilling fire around 0:50?
Just a random unit I found in the scenario editor called a "fire tower"
Why are Byz B tier while Goths D tier?
So the justification here is that goths at no point should be going for stables, except to fight off some immediate aggression. Goths are always trying to go into barracks unit spam and get the huskarls producing. Byzantines on the other hand have terrible knights yes, but they need a stable at some point if they want to go into cataphracts. The stable also allows Byzantines to switch into some cheap camels if necessary, so it has multiple uses whereas the Goths have nearly no uses
