The crossbow went together quickly and the general fit and finish is a bit above what I expected for the price. th-cam.com/users/postUgkx5B43Qabqt1HedUJyfEqxiwBCfaooIH52 The adjustable stock is a little loose. I had an issue when I tried to cock the bow for the first time with the safety on. The string set in the trap box, held just enough to build up enough tension to rip the string out of my hands when it let go. No significant damage was done, and once I got it sighted in, I wrecked a couple bolts by sending one straight down the shaft of the first. I'm holding ~2" groups at around 50 yards, and I'm not an expert by any means. Best part is that they supply all the replacements parts you may ever need
Quick tip: coat the wood before assembly, this makes it less likely to stick to itself if you are using polyurethane or other sealants that can cause it to be unable to move.
Thanks Avinas singh for the question. I ve found a video relating to the trigger mechanism, and would like to share with you. Hope it's helpful. th-cam.com/video/3Wo6a1BOY6A/w-d-xo.html
@@backyard.craftsman different betwen a bow and a xbow is that you can store the enegrgy in a xbow but not in a bow, so therefore this is a bow. So call it what u want, but NOT a crossbow.

And now:: Chu-Ku-Nu with Instant Legolas! >:)
Thanks for the comment. I try to follow the original design of the Chu Ku Nu as much as I can though it might be a bit similar to Instant Legolas.

OK!
Can this use modern crossbow bolts
It surely can but I need to modify the magazine just like in this video : th-cam.com/video/PJxR9aAU5jI/w-d-xo.html
@@backyard.craftsman I wonder if you could technically add in compound crossbow wheels.
Essa besta tem um modelo em PDF?
sorry it's not available.

👍👍👏👏👏
Thanks 😊
the limp position is in wrong position, presurering the cable too much from moving forward, making it less power when shooting..
I agree there's a trade off in this design. Modern repeating crossbow are more efficient.
wunderbar
Make better arrows for this and it will be amazing
Yeah, this one is only for kid. I gave it to my 7 years old nephew. He like it.
Can you explain the trigger mechanism
Or put up a slow video of it
Thanks Avinas singh for the question. I ve found a video relating to the trigger mechanism, and would like to share with you. Hope it's helpful.
