what if you also made those hinges on the lower part of the limbs just above the wooden part would it work in a way where you could eliminate the need for the wingnuts having to tighten down after bow is snapped open

if you havent already could you maybe make a video on how to make a ninja/shinobi no mono style bow out of leaf spring if you have the time and its something you might be interested in doing? or any kind of weapon and/or gear related to the ninja i dont see to many videos on this subject except for shuriken and swords but theres so many more stuff the ninja used that in my opinion doesnt get enough credit for

I mean, it's good, but they already have those. And they cut way more wood, faster, and more accurately than the grinder does. I guess I'm asking why you would spend the time to reinvent the wheel like that for a lesser product.
