Hello Dave. What does the number of models actually do? How does that work with regard to quality? If I want to sell lower quality cameras and drones in one market and higher quality items in another is that something that can be done?
The number of models helps increase the number of models the company is offering to the market. The more models, the harder it is to keep the quality high as it is difficult to coordinate both high quality and high models. Difficult, but not impossible with time. And yes the strategy you are describing of low quality in cameras and high quality in drones is actually one of the original prototype strategies I thought up of earlier and for many years I was pushing it. That was until I realized the secret to truly winning the game in nearly every aspect is to have high quality in both cameras and drones. Therefore there is no weakness.
Good question. To protect the privacy of the industry. I didn't go into the CCR (Comparative competitive reports). And as it was my first attempt at a video, I just kept it basic. I am thinking of doing a video regarding the CCR in the future.
How would you "check your forecast net profit" in real life while changing certain product design options? 3:12 It seems to be the most difficult aspect of this in real life. Do you have a process?
I rather don't understand what you mean. "Check your forecast in real life". What is real life, in actual industry or business? Or just the game itself?
I have a question - why would you borrow 300k, an opt for early repayment? Why don’t you borrow less money, since you already have more than what you need for R&D and upgrades. It also hurts your credit rating in addition to having to pay more interest.
Dave, for the beginning isn't it more worth it to invest in Drone development instead of focusing on the cameras?
Both is required if you want an assured victory.

@@BSGDaveMar Thanks for the reply!
Yooo bet man this is awesome!
Thanks the encouragement. My next year 11 video is going to have a special guest star :).
Hi Dave! I am about to turn in my year 7 decision. Do most of these strategies hold for year 7 as well?
Theoretically yes, but do not just plug in my numbers from year 6 thinking everything is going to be ok. That's not playing the game.
Where are the competitive assumptions

Can you do a year 7 based on this same strategy ?
I'm thinking of doing another video, but I need more subscribers to make it more compelling to do.
