I apply the Vaseline before I apply my fragrances. And that works! I used to work in a warehouse, IT REALLY DOES WORK!!
He just did it wrong. I do it before work every day. If he using that much vasoline he just uses all his cologne.

I use unscented Vaseline cream, which has a white color, actually any unscented moisturizer will work. Rub it into your skin first until you can't see it. Then, just spray your fragrance on top. Works astoundingly well on many fragrances
You can just put unscented lotion in the palm of your hand add two sprays of whatever you want to wear and apply letting it mix on skin I do this with summer frags then apply over top and it seems to help longevity
From experience, I would not recommend this approach because you’re rubbing in the fragrance with the lotion, causing the scent of the oils to breakdown as your rubbing in the lotion.
Put the lotion on first, then your fragrance.
Haha, the ratio is meant to be more like 1:1 Cuba bro, not a gay gangbang sized tub of Vaseline and about 3ml of fragrance.
I've done similar to this with unscented moisturiser - I mix about 15ml of E45 with 10-15ml of juice I'm low on, works an absolute treat. I only do it when a bottle of frag is down to the last 15-20ml though, I hate having almost empty bottles on my shelf so I just mix up a lotion and use it as an aftershave balm or hand cream and buy a fresh bottle of whatever I've used up (or not if I don't really like it.)
If you're using a vanillic/spicy/woody frag and want it to have even more creaminess, mix it with Palmers Cocoa Butter, that shit is sublime with the right frag, mix it with Khamrah/Lost Cherry/24 Gold/By The Fireplace etc and you'll have women wanting to lick you, I know that one from experience.

The vaseline or lotion before definitely makes sense. If your skin is dry it will soak up any moisture and oils including fragrance. If you moisturize and the skin isnt "thirsty" the fragrance will sit on the skin and not fully abosrb making it project more. Does that not make sense to anyone else?
You can also apply scentless Vasaline on skin first and then apply the fragrance to skin. Works for me...
When you apply vaseline 1st on skin,then spray frag on it. You'll smell the petroleum jelly and the frag. I think it's just better to apply body lotion, wait till it dries then spray frag.

Just use neutral scent body lotion daily and your skin isn’t too dry and your fragrance can do its job
I usually use less expensive frags and I spray over top. It works give it a try.

You are supposed to be clean fresh out of the shower or bath… moisturize your body with Lotion,Vaseline Coco or Shea Butter… apply the fragrance of your choice to one of the many points on your body… I like the shoulders and back of the neck… Get dressed with clean fresh clothes… and voilà.

This works, you just did way too many things. All you have to do is apply a very thin layer of normal Vaseline over your pulse point then spray your fragrance over top of it exactly as you would if the Vaseline was there or not. The Vaseline acts like a filter between the fragrance and your skin. The fragrance sticks to the Vaseline and then slowly seeps through to your skin where it evaporates, extending the life of the fragrance significantly. I use this to make D&G the one last all day and night.
That’s not the hack I was responding too. 2 different techniques 😉
Just lightly use Vaseline on dry skin apply fragrance like regular.
Too many recommended this method that my curiosity got the better of me. 1. Too much trouble preparing.
2. Hate the feeling of Vasalin on my skin.
3. Spraying on clothing lasts longer.
Another example of people coming up with hacks that are more trouble than it is worth.

Mix unscented body lotion with fragrances instead .
Just use high quality fragrance free moisturizing lotion like "Cetaphil" and any fragrance of your choice then your golden.
Try using a concentrated oil rather than sprays cuba
Can add cologne to unscented shave cream whip it up and you get a nice vibe when you shave. Use inexpensive frags. I use Acqua di Parma or 4711

What is good to do because everyone's been using hand sanitizer is put your fragrance in the hand sanitizer and I used Afnan 9pm (30 sprays)at a cost of $13 😎😎😎😎💨💨💨💨
Just mix it with a scentless bodylotion, 4-5 sprays and put that on your arms and body. Than put some vaseline on the pulse points and spray a few times again.

Yo.. it doesn’t have to be vasoline, it can be un scented lotion or coconut oil.. ginger oil whichever compliments the fragrance best.. and you apply it before spraying the fragrance.
I.E. Lattafa’s Khamrah is absolutely FKN delicious when you apply coconut oil first then spray it on. FR

I mixed my perfume with ambroxan and super iso e and cannot recommand it. They both change the scent of your perfume and make it warm and rounded and make it so thin and girly. Don’t play with your dear perfumes and wear the scent you like and have payed for.
Get a lotion that has NO perfume, baby oil, and then mix that with your favorite colonge. Great and last ALLLLL DAY. And if you sweat it will reactivate.

Matter of fact it should have been a two-to-one ratio to cover up the petroleum : 2 oz of your fragrance to 1 oz of Vaseline.
