Every topcoat on the market is stated to be “the best”. So this UV cured topcoat, are you saying that it prevents the epoxy from ambering over time?

Unfortunately, Direct sunlight and white epoxy just isn't a good mix over time. Sunlight damages the color of all things, including natrual stone. So we still recommend not putting any white epoxy in an area that will get exposure directly to the sun. The reason why this topcat is "the best" in our eyes is it's durability, stain resistence, and cure time. During our product testing we have actually damaged the actual countertop before we have damaged the top coat with impact and scratch tests. It's also incredibly stain resistent to even the worst stains out there such as mustard or red wine. We challenge anyone to try and leave a permanent stain. But our favorite aspect is the cure time. With other top coats you have to wait hours and hours for it to set and harden, which leaves a large window open for dust, hair, and other debris to fall into the top coat before it cures. This top coat cures instantly under a UV light, eliminating that issue and allowing our Licensed dealers to get through jobs at a faster pace. We will be releasing more content highlighting this product soon!

@@counteri the instant cure time is definitely a huge benefit! I really wish that a topcoat, like yours, could be sprayed and be a textureless gloss when cured completely. You put out nice content by the way!

@@michaeloliver6745 Thank you so much! Yes the top coat you see in this video is what we refer to as our suede finish. BUT we are super excited to release our high gloss finish at the start of 2024. It looks like pure glass. We have looked into being able to spray the top coat on as well but thus far it has been determined to be too dangerous to have it floating around in the air. Thanks for watching!
