I don't see a lot of people doing this but I suggest you try it. After surface cleaning, when your blowing off the excess water, try turning your fan tip horizontal to the ground and pushing it like a broom. When I started doing this it really made a difference in how long it takes on this step. No hate no bs just a tip to try out for yourself!

I pressure washed out cedar fence, about 2 summers ago it looked brand new, it had never been stained or treated in anyway... it made such a huge difference we decided to keep the fence as is for a few more years it made that much of a change.

I would like to see you do the entire two things for only those people that are in need of assistance, not your vacant property videos. I would find that very satisfying. Keep up the good work, we need more people like you and the other landscapers helping people.
Always place your motorized unit behind you. Always start at the back of an area like the drive and work toward the street. Don't jump around to different areas...just work one section at a time and overlap your water pattern...good technique shortens the work time and conserves water.
After all that nice cleaning, it would be nice to see a follow-up on the gardening. Looks like there's a lot of yard that needs grass seed, and a lot of bush trimming around the driveway.
You did exactly what I would have done with new equipment, found a friend or family memeber and asked if I could use their place to try it out, get a feel for it before using the equipment on a job. Amazing work. Thank you.

And after doing all that work, if you don't seal it in a couple of months it's just as dirty as you found it... I use here in Florida a sealer that is clear, it looks like water, and it's called Guard Seal, and you have to apply it when the sun is not outside better in the afternoon. And it lasts almost a year without getting moldy.
I just started watching this video, right up front, you should have opened the garage door and power washed down the driveway. That way you don't have the black under the door.

Same with brick pavers, next time it rains - all muddy. Hopefully they will put grass down if not going to elevate.
