- I knocked on this man's door when I drove past and saw how dirty his front walkway and driveway were. I talked to him for quite a bit and offered to clean it up completely free for him. He was in disbelief to say the least and was so grateful when the job was finished.

@UsernameUnkwn21. It's also not "free" for Spencer. He gets paid through TH-cam. But that doesn't make Spencer any less of a good guy. He found a business model that entertains thousands AND provided people services for free. And he does it with a positive attitude. Good for him.

Judging by that yard the owner really takes good care of his property, a clean driveway just makes it pop even more. Excellent job !

That was nice Spencer. That elder obviously loves a well kept property and your gift is a boost as well as safety increase. Also really pleased you stopped by and helped on the painting project with Cabin on the Hill. You are really good at pitching in help with others. Falling becomes a real risk for seniors. Appreciate you know and are teaching that it is actually vital to keep walking areas useable and not slick. What a great "grime line" at 6:43, the cleaned area contrasted against the "not yet done" part. Doing the curb trim made the place look extra sharp.

Now that was a great job! All the homeowner has to do now is get a matching colour Quad caulking and fill in the cracks to stop water from getting underneath the concrete slabs and deteriorating these further.
What a kind older gentleman he was! What a great job you did for him. This was very uplifting to see it get done for a senior citizen. Not only did you remove the slip hazard but it saved him from carrying in his house any fungus or germs onto his floors or carpeting. This video is uplifting that there are still good people and appreciative people in this world!!

Looks good! I've noticed on another site that the guy goes back and forth in one direction and then at 90 degrees, which I think eliminates the residual stripes we sometimes see. This little old man was so cute :)
I can imaging that this business isn’t as lucrative as the lawn mowing.
Lawn Mowing needs to be done regularly to reduce maintenance costs, but pressure washing is once-in-never job.
Hopefully the word of mouth of you doing such a great job gets you more customers.

Im 19 and have high functioning autism. Im extremely talented I remodeled a kitchen when I was 14 years of age no help I enjoy talking with the elders and especially helping them out when I can. I’m glad you were able to help this elderly person out with is yard and to do it for free that’s amazing I don’t charge fees when I know a family is on a fixed income

My mom is only 52 and has a metal rod on her spine. She's had both of her hips replaced and needs them replaced again because it's been so long since she got them done the first time. She only weighs 84 pounds (she's been tiny her whole life), and she has osteoarthritis. I'm always so worried about her falling and getting hurt badly... I wish I could learn how to do this for her because we can't afford it right now. This is truly such a selfless, kind thing to do. God bless you.
I am 70 years old. I went to Menards ( big box hardware store) and bought a small power washer. It was under $100.00. I power washed our sidewalks and driveway myself. It was very easy, not very time consuming, and came out great. I don't use any chemicals because I don't know about those things. Might be something you can try. Good luck to you and your mom.

Ain't nothing like seeing older concrete come back to life with a good pressure washing, especially on a driveway where the dirt really gets ground into the pavement, the after shots really makes the difference
I'm headed down to cut back a bunch of overgrown bushes on a ATV riding trail down by the river near me, it had gotten so overgrown that some areas were almost impassable but I got out there yesterday with my dad and we knocked it down some enough to get by though there is a lot more to do, so that being said, y'all have a good day and I'm going back to work on the trail
