When you write your alarms write them with a rpm into them at say 400-500rpm so when you turn the ignition on you don’t get loads of false ones, only one you don’t really need to is the battery voltage or that was how I did, you can write the shift lights to go the other way or inwards to the centre or out from the centre if you want to be different.
"It will never be this nice" That's so true. That's why i feel bad about peeling those off. I keep them on as long as possible.
you don't do the peel to keep it nice under but with it on it never looks nice so it just defeats the purpose.

I've seen a few digital dash display.. That really looks clean.. Love the touch with the carbon fiber..
i think the stock cluster battery light has a resistor for it
Yep, alternator may not charge without it.
I'm sure link designed this dash to compensate for that resistor.
jason mathews this dash does not make use of any of the previous clusters signal wires, so it wouldn’t have this. The dash simply interfaces with CAN BUS (like how you can get all this data on your phone via the OBD port). I don’t think the alternator would not charge because the light isn’t there... but I don’t know old Japanese cars. If that’s the case Jimmy will need to solder a 5v resistor to both wires/to ground to trick it. A resister shouldn’t cost more than $0.25

Get a matte screen protector for that. It'll help with glare and keep it from getting scratched up a ton. Looks great though!

If you're looking for something much more serious, check out "speed tape". Airline mechanic friend of mine hooked me up with an "expired" roll (it doesn't really expire, but the adhesive has to meet a standard for FAA) and it's basically sticky sheet metal.

It's FATE! you posted this video one day before i tear out the gauges on my s13 to install a digital dash. not too stoked that i gotta cut up the originals though.
He didnt cut up the original dash, he got a shitty one for cheap to cut and kept the freshy

Kinda curious why you keep saying the same 3, could be wrong but I like oil pressure and temp, coolant gets hot when oil gets hot..
Make sure you keep the battery light from the cluster that is a voltage regulator for a Nissan

I'd take a few cans of black or some more of that black wrap and do something about those fenders, just to make it look somewhat decent for the next event. More one color less like the typical 240 :P Come on, it must mess with your OCD as well :) Good work otherwise! I wish I had more time to do the same, when you wrench on a daily basis, your own stuff always ends up last in line..
