Used this on fm20 with a load of success and have tried to stay away from it on fm21 but I’ll be checking it out again. Thanks again RDF
can confirm it works doing it on my southampton save and danny ings can now magically score 7 in 7 after 10 hours without a goal last season
a 3-5-2 would be interesting. I havent seen many tactics like that but I always liked it a lot. 3 Centerbacks 2 DMs 2 wingers 1 AM and 2 Strikers

According to FM21 the SS and AF - "the roles assigned to both players are far from suitable and do not work well together" - This is what the line between the two players says when they have formed a playing bond
I don’t know why though. There are a few roles that some would say wouldn’t work well together, but you can make it work very well
@@RDFTactics Yes, I'm not complaining ! Far from it ! - It is just a note. I have put the SS on a support duty and the line between the players is much happier. Before putting your excellent video into practice I was on the back of 3 defeats and 2 draws (Altrincham - season 3 - League 1) - Since then I have won 11 drawn 1 lost 1 - so all Good

Won the Bundesliga in my 2nd year at Hoffenheim using this tactic. Only „flipped“ the middle block of the tactic, so that my SS attacks from the left with my AF attacking on the right and my DLP sitting deep on the left side as well. Just one more question: I was wondering why the SS doesn‘t play directly behind the AF, like a classic number 10 in a 4-2-3-1. Is this simply due to the fact that we want to be in the shape of a 4-4-2 when pressing the opponent in their own half? I‘m kind of autistic when it comes to symmetry in tactics and don‘t really like the aesthetics of this one here 😁😁 Either way, the results are fantastic and I love the way my team is creating chances. Beautiful football!

Very narrow width but you have stay wider on every of your 4 wide players. Can you explain this?

Have tried about 7 of your tactics for the scottish prem. Not 1 of them has worked. 5 and 10 game losing streaks, most goals against and relegated. Terrible.
Tactics are never plug and play, you have to find one that fits your team or build a team in the image you want over time. I agree, this tactic isn’t great for lower skill teams, but please don’t hate on it just because it didn’t work for you.
