    The white girlie trainers detract from what is a very nice looking bike. Cool bobber - nice one 👍

    What can I say - this is what a triumph should look like. Good job my friend. Only thing I would personally do is put the sweep back handle bars instead of the straight drags. Besides being comfy for a geezer like me, that’s what cool looks like for us old farts. I’m afraid I’m going to have to invest in one of these now! Magnificent job, sir. The one thing keeping me back from one in the old days was the 650 displacement. Now that they have doubled it, I have no excuse. Can hardly wait to scrape pegs on this scooter!

    Nice bike mate...I just sold mine but that's another story ....Erm the brass fitting you put on the gear shifter , you might want to try fitting some rubber O rings In the grooves use a dab of super glue so they don't fly off , It looks good and will save your left boot from wear and tear .

    Great first video, congrats! I'm looking to get a Bobber Black in the summer when I pass my test so really hungry for info. Would've done it already but for lockdown. Love the rear lighting system. And a good heads up with the seat. I was maybe looking at Alex Leathers in Germany for a custom seat, so would love to hear more about yours, and maybe the choices you discarded and near misses. More vids please 👍

      Hi Geoff, Seats all good. I like the minimalist look so ever the custom expensive ones weren’t sleek enough for me. I’m going to get a passenger seat bracket as soon as Thorntonhundred has finished designing it.

  • @albertorudi5168
    @albertorudi5168 3 ปีที่แล้ว

    Wish you're happy with your customisation. Nice handlebar and V&H exhaust (I have too).
    Honestly I do not like those (excessive) yellow scripts, nor the advanced (harley-style) footsteps. On my opinion the Bobber has a classic vintage soul ( from the 1940s original design), and I should prefer to maintain or improve this "old" look.
    Of course it is by our own personal concept of this Model... (Tip: the rear optional FOX adjustable absorber is a lot better than the standard one)

    Great job. And very good for a first video! I'd go with a Beeline rather than a phone for the cleaner lines, and as you mentioned black ancillaries for the forwards, but otherwise it's a great build. Does the forwards and drag bars hurt your lower back on longer riders?

    • @einspur6400
      @einspur6400  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi Richard. Thanks for the message mate. I did used to use the beeline but decided I wanted my full phone capabilities in front of me. The beeline is a great bit of kit but I did struggle using it through busy London. The forwards and drags are a lot more comfortable than you think. I’m just short of 6foot ... they may be less comfortable for people under that.

    • @RichDunn
