    Waoww This is deep relational intelligence ..hm hm wow Impaired Attachment vs Trauma ... That speaking up directly and not activate our partner was a gem. This information is so much needed.     I'm trying to work out what of these principles can be applied to: life in general, other non-primary relationships and done with a 'mirror' (our relationship with ourselves). Any thoughts?
