The Peter-tingle, or more aptly known as the spider sense, is spiderman's real weapon. The ability to detect danger in a split moment's notice which allows him to utilize his speed and strength in the best way possible. It's what makes him one of the stronger heroes.

I like the flashback from Civil War that Mysterio took it personally when Tony called his work, BARF (Binary Augmented Retro Framing). If you see the flashback when he said it, you hear the audience laughing, but if u watch it again in Civil War, no laughing. It's all in Mysterio's mind & I get why Tony fired him cause he is unstable.
Same reason Bruce fired Edward Nigma in Batman Forever.... these rich boys need to stop firing unstable but super intelligent scientists and creating super villains out of them.

As someone who watched the cartoons, This was a blast for me. I knew who Beck was, but I also knew the MCU changes things a little, so I was genuenly curious especially after seeing the trailer. I thought maybe MCU is taking him a different direction. When the reveal came, it was such an awesome experience. It was like feeling BOTH "They got me!" AND "I knew it!" at the same time!

You can watch Wandavision 2 episodes a week. They are short episodes and the continuation of the MCU story. After Wandavision, there is Falcon and Winter Soldier. Both have already been released.

for people who do not know comics it was obvious that they would be surprised what "mysterio" will end up being a villain. For what we have read comics and we have followed the trajectory of the character throughout its history, we already knew that this was going to happen
On one hand. On the other hand, so many characters in the MCU have been changed substantially from what they are in the comics, I was fully willing to believe Marvel would pull a trick and make Mysterio a legit hero.
as alex said, in the MCU some characters who are vilains in the comics are heroes on the MCU, so honetly he could be a hero, and being honest? i would much prefer that he was... this actor is great, and he being a good guy acctuly semed awsome, is a shame that they decided to only make him to a villain and waste what could have ben an acctuly good character...
I played one spiderman game loooong ago, it was in russian language but I don't know if it was russian game. There was everyone, doctor octopus, mysterio e.c.t. I was surprised as hell in the game when mysterio became a villain

I had such a rollercoaster with Mysterio when watching this movie. I started the movie, knowing that Mysterio was the name of a Spider-man villain. Then Jake Gyllenhaal shows up and is all nice and good-looking and all, and for the first part of the movie, my brain just goes “he’s gonna turn on you, I’m sure, he’s evil, right?”. And the moment I start thinking “Maybe they rewrote him to be a good guy in this adaptation”, he reveals his true self. And I still ended up feeling betrayed.

I'm also not a native speaker, and last year I finished the advanced degree on my school. I'm trying to keep contact with english by watching videos and tv shows, but training my pronounce is really hard since i don't speak to anyone but myself(I know this sounds weird but i don't wanna lose 7/8 years of studying)

No, Fury went on vacation after Endgame, and Talos and his wife just took his place for this movie. But Fury also took his (working) vacation on the Skrull's ship, while also probably doing some liaison work.
I wouldn't call it a vacation as such. I think, as he'd been gone for 5 years, because of the blip, he no longer knew everything that was going on, as he normally does. So he retreated to the ship, to start putting all the new pieces together.

@@Pinkielover Well for Wandavision, the point was that it was supposed to be presented like a sitcom, and condensing a sitcom avoids the point of what a sitcom is meant to be. And falcon and the winter soldier being condensed would have avoided a lot of the nice smaller moments, like Isaiah may have been completely cut and having zemo in only 10-15 minutes would feel really weird. And if the wasted time is that much of an issue, there's lots of highlights videos out there that are only a few minutes long. Sorry for making this so long but I think from a creative and viewer standpoint their current presentation forms make sense

If you dont want to see that kind of stuff dont watch them🤷🏼 nobody ever acted like these show were anything different than what they were.

In the movie Captain Marvel... Fury became friends with the shape changing Skrulls. In this movie Fury was on vacation in orbit with his Skrull friends. He had some of his Skrull friends filling in for him and Maria Hill on earth while he was on vacation.
WandaVision & The Falcon & Winter Soldier are also taking place at the same time as Far From Home and dealing with The Blip/Snap. Wanda is dealing with losing Vision and a new Avenger is introduced while Sam, Bucky & Captain America (Yes, Cap, but you gotta watch the show to find out who he is) are fighting a "terrorist" group of refugees who were displaced after returning from The Blip/Snap.

We don't know exactly when Fury and Talos switched places. I'm assuming it was after Endgame but it could have been before that. I think the real Fury at least got the Avengers together in the beginning.
How wild would it be though, if they switched places in 2007 and then the next year Talos found Fury's abandoned Avenger project and decided, "Fuck it, why not?" So it's actually been Talos all along. I was about to make a joke about it being Talos at Tony's funeral, but I think this movie theoretically confirms that that is the case. When Fury(Talos) and Peter talk about it not being appropriate to exchange numbers the funeral. Could just be that Talos has been very well briefed at being Nick Fury too, though. Luckily they have 27 projects in the next few years in which to insert a line of dialogue here or there to give us some confirmation.
Yea hopefully they'll answer these questions in the future. However long it's been going on at least we know that Talos is in close contact with Fury. I wanna believe that Fury himself was at Tony's funeral.

But because of the quarantine lockdown, they finished WV first and aired it first. But it doesn't matter which you watch first. I actually really liked the vibe from the webcam quality. It gave your videos a retro look. That fit well with the older movies you were reacting to. Made it feel like you were making them closer to the time they came out originally
Some fun facts: Mysterio actually started dressing as a villain and trying to kill Spiderman because one of his colleges joked about him doing it when he worked with special effects on films and because he used his special effects to trick people into thinking the tech smuggling him and a guy called 'The tinkerer' were doing was actually aliens and Spiderman stopped them. (it's kinda dumb I know but he's a really early Spiderman villain) He is typically seen as a sub-par villain because in the comics Spiderman usually beats him pretty quick and Mysterio of course has no real power other than he's kinda smart Also love your top in this video it looks super fluffy and comfortable
That's the Skrulls that Fury worked with in Captain Marvel. Fury and Maria blipped out. He went into space when he got back for yet unknown reasons. Aunt May is like a mother to Peter and now Happy, who hasn't always treated him well is apparently dating her. As a kid, it's disturbing. The actual sit down was hysterical. Happy's in trouble.
in the comics mysterio was movie special effects artist and stuntman, its cool that in this movie he basically has movie production team working with him
When I lived in Florida, I learned Spanish by watching the two soap operas they showed on the Cuban TV station. I had taken 2 semesters of Spanish, but that really only taught me how to READ Spanish. (It helped that all the cast were all drop-dead sexy.) It is only by listening to people talk that you learn another language. Your English is better than many 3rd generation Americans I hear speaking every day.
When I first watched this movie in the theater I was confused why Mysterio got up so fast after killing the fire monster. I mean, he was supposed to sacrifice himself right? And then he was doing fine... And I knew that Marvel doesn't just do mediocre movies and villains. Homecoming already had a plot twist in the middle of the movie and I felt doom coming even though I completely trusted Mysterio. Man that second half is just insanely awesome! Especially since in the comics and even a Spiderman game he was just a man hiding behind technology.

During the snap, Maria called Fury as "Nick" so yeah they were both the Skrulls that got snapped. Fury has been away from Earth since his last scene in Captain America: The Winter Soldier - when he burned some documents on the truck.
There was a hint in the movie that Nick Fury was a Skrull. When Peter Parker sees Happy after having learned the truth about Mysterio, and he says “tell me something that only you would know,” that’s the same way that you prove whether a person is really themselves or is just a Skrull.

Jake Gyllenhaal played such a great Mysterio. He's just trusting enough to give you a good feel when he's with Peter. But still feels slimly too for some reason XD I think he looked a little like Tony with the glasses on too. Which is probably why Peter gave them to him as well :( Love the "KISS ME" so funny

His comic book have been exploring this issue since the beginning, back in the 60's. He lost friends, family, his marriage, his daughter and more because of his double life. He always chooses to protect people because of what happened to Ben.
No Nick Fury and Maria Hill did actually get dusted. Sometime prior after the death of Iron Man I believe is when Fury put the Skrulls in their place just for Spider-Man to have the Edith glasses and thinking everything would have gone smooth afterwards

Theory: Talos has been Fury since Captain America: Winter Soldier, if you watch the scene of the avengers dinning in Hawkeye's house you will see that Fury cut his sandwich by the half and not at by diagonal as he said in Captain Marvel
Still it makes since that Fury would want a decoy after Winter Soldier tried to kill him. I personally thought when they tried to kill Fury in Winter Soldier we would get to see the Life Model Decoy. Of course we didn't, but Talos makes sense too.

If you want more Marvel stuff between now and when those future projects (which might take long if they keep pushing hem back) you could start watching the TV and streaming properties: The first one is Agents of SHIELD, which I highly recommend, and Agent Carter series. After that, you’d have all the Netflix shows and then the Disney+ ones. Lots to see and react to!
Yes, the Maria Hill and Nick Fury in this movie were those two Skrulls. Nick Fury was in space this whole time. My assumption is they are hinting at the Disney+ show that will cover the MCU's version of the Secret Invasion, a storyline where the Skrulls invade the Earth. They also used the Skrull Maria and Nick to explain why the other Avengers weren't available as a failure to contact them as in-story explanation. The real life explanation is that Sony is limited to the MCU characters they can use.

The Fury who got snapped had Danvers' interstellar pager thingamajig, so if he was already Talos the Skrull at that point the real Fury would have to have trusted him with it (or have had a spare)... I don't think I can picture Fury not intervening in some way during Endgame if he'd been still alive... unless he had something _even more important_ to handle than half the people on Earth being dead, which seems unlikely... though of course there the whole him being in space thing, so who knows, really... 🤔🤷♂️

Then Jake Gyllenhaal shows up and is all nice and good-looking and all, and for the first part of the movie, my brain just goes “he’s gonna turn on you, I’m sure, he’s evil, right?”. And the moment I start thinking “Maybe they rewrote him to be a good guy in this adaptation”, he reveals his true self. And I still ended up feeling betrayed.

No, Fury went on vacation after Endgame, and Talos and his wife just took his place for this movie. But Fury also took his (working) vacation on the Skrull's ship, while also probably doing some liaison work.
I think the Fury in Age of Ultron was also Talos
I wouldn't call it a vacation as such. I think, as he'd been gone for 5 years, because of the blip, he no longer knew everything that was going on, as he normally does. So he retreated to the ship, to start putting all the new pieces together.

@@Pinkielover Well for Wandavision, the point was that it was supposed to be presented like a sitcom, and condensing a sitcom avoids the point of what a sitcom is meant to be. And falcon and the winter soldier being condensed would have avoided a lot of the nice smaller moments, like Isaiah may have been completely cut and having zemo in only 10-15 minutes would feel really weird. And if the wasted time is that much of an issue, there's lots of highlights videos out there that are only a few minutes long. Sorry for making this so long but I think from a creative and viewer standpoint their current presentation forms make sense

In the movie Captain Marvel... Fury became friends with the shape changing Skrulls. In this movie Fury was on vacation in orbit with his Skrull friends. He had some of his Skrull friends filling in for him and Maria Hill on earth while he was on vacation.
WandaVision & The Falcon & Winter Soldier are also taking place at the same time as Far From Home and dealing with The Blip/Snap. Wanda is dealing with losing Vision and a new Avenger is introduced while Sam, Bucky & Captain America (Yes, Cap, but you gotta watch the show to find out who he is) are fighting a "terrorist" group of refugees who were displaced after returning from The Blip/Snap.

We don't know exactly when Fury and Talos switched places. I'm assuming it was after Endgame but it could have been before that. I think the real Fury at least got the Avengers together in the beginning.
How wild would it be though, if they switched places in 2007 and then the next year Talos found Fury's abandoned Avenger project and decided, "Fuck it, why not?" So it's actually been Talos all along. I was about to make a joke about it being Talos at Tony's funeral, but I think this movie theoretically confirms that that is the case. When Fury(Talos) and Peter talk about it not being appropriate to exchange numbers the funeral. Could just be that Talos has been very well briefed at being Nick Fury too, though. Luckily they have 27 projects in the next few years in which to insert a line of dialogue here or there to give us some confirmation.
Yea hopefully they'll answer these questions in the future. However long it's been going on at least we know that Talos is in close contact with Fury. I wanna believe that Fury himself was at Tony's funeral.

As far as the train not seeing him, it wasn't so much that as the speed involved. That train tops out at 300kph. At that speed, even if the train operator sees someone on the track, at that short distance, there's no stopping the train in time.
I wanna see Duaffy do WandaVision!!!!!!! Wandavision and Falcon and Winter Soldier take place directly after Endgame. You can choose which to watch first. F&WS was suppose to be first. But because of the quarantine lockdown, they finished WV first and aired it first. But it doesn't matter which you watch first. Their stories don't overlap or influence each other.

Great reaction Myistro in the comics was a special effects guy who used his knowledge to rob Banks so I knew he was not to be trusted.
Some fun facts: Mysterio actually started dressing as a villain and trying to kill Spiderman because one of his colleges joked
about him doing it when he worked with special effects on films and because he used his special effects to trick people into
thinking the tech smuggling him and a guy called 'The tinkerer' were doing was actually aliens and Spiderman stopped them. (it's kinda dumb I know but he's a really early Spiderman villain)
He is typically seen as a sub-par villain because in the comics Spiderman usually beats him pretty quick and Mysterio of course has no real power other than he's kinda smart

When I lived in Florida, I learned Spanish by watching the two soap operas they showed on the Cuban TV station. I had taken 2 semesters of Spanish, but that really only taught me how to READ Spanish. (It helped that all the cast were all drop-dead sexy.) It is only by listening to people talk that you learn another language.

When I first watched this movie in the theater I was confused why Mysterio got up so fast after killing the fire monster. I mean, he was supposed to sacrifice himself right? And then he was doing fine... And I knew that Marvel doesn't just do mediocre movies and villains. Homecoming already had a plot twist in the middle of the movie and I felt doom coming even though I completely trusted Mysterio.
Man that second half is just insanely awesome! Especially since in the comics and even a Spiderman game he was just a man hiding behind technology.

During the snap, Maria called Fury as "Nick" so yeah they were both the Skrulls that got snapped. Fury has been away from Earth since his last scene in Captain America: The Winter Soldier - when he burned some documents on the truck.
There was a hint in the movie that Nick Fury was a Skrull. When Peter Parker sees Happy after having learned the truth about Mysterio, and he says “tell me something that only you would know,” that’s the same way that you prove whether a person is really themselves or is just a Skrull.

We had to wait six months for any MCU content (though, granted, WandaVision was worth the wait) and _a whole year_ (supposing it doesn't get delayed again) for a movie... but, finally, it looks like 2021 will be a good year for MCU fans (though, personally, I can't wait for some of the movies and series coming _next_ year... Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, Thor: Love and Thunder, Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania, Moon Knight, She-Hulk), and some of what will come even later... 🤤

His comic book have been exploring this issue since the beginning, back in the 60's. He lost friends, family, his marriage, his daughter and more because of his double life. He always chooses to protect people because of what happened to Ben.
No Nick Fury and Maria Hill did actually get dusted. Sometime prior after the death of Iron Man I believe is when Fury put the Skrulls in their place just for Spider-Man to have the Edith glasses and thinking everything would have gone smooth afterwards

Theory: Talos has been Fury since Captain America: Winter Soldier, if you watch the scene of the avengers dinning in Hawkeye's house you will see that Fury cut his sandwich by the half and not at by diagonal as he said in Captain Marvel

Still it makes since that Fury would want a decoy after Winter Soldier tried to kill him. I personally thought when they tried to kill Fury in Winter Soldier we would get to see the Life Model Decoy. Of course we didn't, but Talos makes sense too.

If you want more Marvel stuff between now and when those future projects (which might take long if they keep pushing hem back) you could start watching the TV and streaming properties: The first one is Agents of SHIELD, which I highly recommend, and Agent Carter series. After that, you’d have all the Netflix shows and then the Disney+ ones. Lots to see and react to!
Yes, the Maria Hill and Nick Fury in this movie were those two Skrulls. Nick Fury was in space this whole time. My assumption is they are hinting at the Disney+ show that will cover the MCU's version of the Secret Invasion, a storyline where the Skrulls invade the Earth. They also used the Skrull Maria and Nick to explain why the other Avengers weren't available as a failure to contact them as in-story explanation. The real life explanation is that Sony is limited to the MCU characters they can use.

The Fury who got snapped had Danvers' interstellar pager thingamajig, so if he was already Talos the Skrull at that point the real Fury would have to have trusted him with it (or have had a spare)... I don't think I can picture Fury not intervening in some way during Endgame if he'd been still alive... unless he had something _even more important_ to handle than half the people on Earth being dead, which seems unlikely... though of course there the whole him being in space thing, so who knows, really... 🤔🤷♂️
