What are the rules on filming/posting images of someone's boat on social media? I thought it was standard practice for crew staff to never do that for liability and safety reasons.
Hi Emeryy, I just discovered your channel. I work on ships and I'm trying to migrate to yachts, I specialized and did everything necessary, I've been sending CVs for a month now with everything in hand but I haven't heard back yet. Is it normal to take a while to get your first job as a greenie?
On international standart u have the right of a porthole. A Porthole for natural light, 500L or 130gallon wardrobe with key, 198*80cm bed, a table with a seat.
Here's an idea..maybe it's okay with Cap .. maybe not. Okay, you have an internet wifi ready TV. Get like an Arlo camera (and set it up to a scene outside you like) and tie all that into the boats wifi network. No portholes...no problem. Just stream the footage from the Arlo on your TV as if it is your AI porthole. hmm...might work and be so cool...If it works.. please don't share this with Andy Cohen and the Bravo channel...hahah
Yes, Emery thanks for showcasing your tips, please tell us more how to enroll . Thx
Ya love your content watched everything yesterday. It was very intrigued. Made my self a plan to get into this line of work so thank you
Your bed looked totally wicked awesome.
Thanks you for your video...I look forward to work in super yacht 😀⛵
Must be an old boat without portholes? Usually anything newer has them mandatory for crew quarters.
