Had to hear this for the first time in person at el club detroit, and it was absolutely earth shattering LIVE. His voice was stellar, his dudes backing him on instrumentals were grand. Def my favorite time seeing him live in any band!

Oh wow here comes a new Tilian Pearson album. Isn't it f'ckin interesting just how uniquely dark but also soothing this man's albums have become over the last couple years? I am just amazed by this level of songwriting, also the mix on this is phenomenal, jumping from pop beat to full rock band in seconds without the two alienating each other in the soundscape but coming together just so smoothely. The new Lucifer season soundtrack is coming together nicely. I freaking miss him in DGD SO MUCH!!!! 😭😭😭 But ive been listening to his solo work for a couple years so im just happy he is still making music. I got to admit this lands better for me than the 1st two DGD songs with Andrew. Looks like he is winning the divorce even if my family is still splitting up 😢 I hope he will get in another metal band too though. I prefer doing his vocals over screams. Something about the heaven and and hell contrast of metal core vocals that just does it for me
@@TheOctomasprime i was supposed to see them last september but a family friend had passed so we ended up reselling the tickets. i think the mesh of the crazy instrumentals with his high singing and jon's low screaming just made it perfect. they're the only post-hardcore band i listen to, i listen to rap music, but they're my top artists. i dont like actual screaming in songs, jon's screams are more sing-screaming than actual screams. god i can talk about this band for hours

My brain is conditioned to be confused (in a good way) by lyrics and crazy instrumentation when I hear Tillians voice so this just sounds strange to me. I'll be back after my brain settles into it
I know Tillian since Saosin vocal audition after Cove leave the band (now have returned). The song demo Exfoliator is really seems have a banger after Tillian fill the vocal, but then he joined DGD which is sounds good too but not in my really taste. I just hope he found a band that fit in his own with that high pitch vocals maybe add some little bit metal riffs and double pedals idk😂

i think blame it on rock and roll and hold on where one of his best solo projects. i personally am not a fan of this electronic pop/ mid core rock but that’s only my opinion if it makes him happy keep doing it and best of luck

Love the chorus, reminds me of linkin park with a more modern flare and Tilians unique voice I really REALLY enjoy this sound, I hope they’re all just as heavy or even heavier than this. Dark. Sort of like bad omens. Dance Gavin Dance needed a new vibe regardless (Please not Andrew) because they’ve grown stale with the same singer, style, and premise. I hope this makes both the band and tilians projects get better separately
