I can't remember how far ahead they renewed the show, but I know it was originally written for five seasons. That's how far the original storyline was meant to continue.
I love how the first time we watched this season finale we all thought Sam wasn't really dead, but after this season you learn that main characters can die, but that doesn't mean it's the end for them. Supernatural, the show where dying doesn't mean that you stay dead. 😆
The genuine confusion whenever anyone tells Dean he deserves looking out for too-- it broke my heart the first time I watched this, and it breaks my heart worse when I know it's coming. 💔😥😭
I love Bobby. He's so wise. The final scene was Dean throwing the Colt into the trunk saying "we got work to do". At the end of the pilot, Sam threw a gun into the trunk & said "we got work to do." I LOVE this show! Can't get enough of your reactions to it! It wasn't renewed for season 3 until 10 days before season 2 ended. It was renewed for 22 episodes but the writer's strike happened & it was shortened it to 16.🤐 It affected all tv shows. 💙💛
I have maybe 3 ahead of Azazel's death but we're not there yet.. not mentioning characters that Travis hasn't met yet.. and it's going to be a while til we get there for one of them
@@HealthyDisrespectforAuthority I don’t remember what season C comes but I like him a lot! (Obviously his name isn’t C I just don’t want to give it away)
If you want to see more of the guy who played Jake (Aldis Hodge), check out Leverage, and to a lesser extent Leverage: Redemption (sequel series). He was also in Black Adam, City on a Hill, and One Night in Miami.
I'm pretty sure the crossroads demon is different every time as they essentially possess someone to appear when summoned. (As you'd mentioned it wasn't the same girl as before, which it isn't).
Supernatural is the GOAT for season finales followed by Grey's Anatomy. Also remember season 3 is only 16 episodes because way back when there was a writers strike that lasted almost 4 months. Talk about torcher!!!
A lot of people always say the show was "supposed" to end with season five, but that's not actually true. That's just what the original creator/show runner, Eric Kripke, had fleshed out for they story when they started, so that's where he hoped they'd get to without the show getting cancelled. It wasn't that he thought that's where the story should've ended. Unrelated Side Note: Since only certain SPN episodes are going on TH-cam now, do we know yet which ones we'll be getting from season three? Are there polls somewhere where we can vote on which ones? I'm happy to support on Patreon (especially if there are polls), but I don't watch full reactions as I don't have room in my schedule for that.
Though one of the original producers, Robert Singer, stayed with the show for the entire duration as new writers shifted in and out with their several season arcs. He is also the individual who directed the most episodes of the series, nearly 50.
I was really enjoying watching your reaction to supernatural but now you’re blocking the show with “watch the other channel”. For me that ruined it. 8:36
I kicked off season 4 on Patreon today ! A whole season ahead of what’s on TH-cam so far ! Come join in on the fun :)
I'm sure if you post the whole season 4 your views will increase
Season 2 views haven’t inspired much confidence ! Lol
@@TravisViews I know, but seasons 4 and 5 are considered the absolute best of the whole show.
@@TravisViews I know, but theres a new character that most of the fandom loves so much, including me.

"THE DEMONS ARE SURROUNDING LOWER WYOMING??" I'm gonna be quoting that forever lmaoo
😂😂😂😂😂😂
That speech at Sam’s bedside was the one that started viewers screaming “Where is Jensen’s Emmy?!?”

Yellow eyes death is the most satisfying one in the series yet it’s hard to celebrate it with Dean selling his soul
Yessssssss

Like the Megadeth song-- Supernatural is world-class when it comes to turning victory's sweet taste into ashes in your mouth.
Dean may have been keeping the secret of his deal but keep in mind Sam also kept the secret of Yellow Eyes bleeding into his mouth as a baby.
That’s true
Dean's speech at the beginning of this episode absolutely broke my heart. Dean Winchester is one of my top 3 all time fictional characters

Not the same "meat suit", but it is the same demon.
Crossroads demons are a classification *of* demons. There's not just one.
Dude, this show has had so many ups and downs, but it's been solid over the years. I can't wait to see what you think for all of it!
Loved this finale! Ding dong yellow eyes is dead!!! and Sam is not! I will actually miss yellow eyes, I loved how he delivered lines.
I did enjoy his acting! (Yellow eyes)

Smh
Patiently waiting for season 3 like......
Buckle in! Thirteen more seasons of craziness to go!
So glad you’re still putting some supernatural videos up! My favorite!

Awesome, awesome finale. :)
so good
I think originally it was designed to be a 5 season show. End of season 5 is the show ending that Kripke wrote.
You have just started. Welcome to the ride. Buckle in, it gets wild.
Wait, it gets to be a real roller coaster.
Original it was suppose to end withbthe end of season 5. They brought other writters in for the next 10 seasons.

Yeah no Jake, Sam ain’t showing you any mercy now!
Loves us Sam and Dean
This was part 2
Ayyyyy I’m super early 😂🎉
