I'm a Shakur fan but if he resigns with Top Rank that fight will be harder to make. Unlike Devin, Ryan, and Teo who fight at 140. Tank vs Shakur they don't have to worry about a catchweight or rehydration. Shakur is better off signing with Eddie Hearn then the PBC or Top Rank.

Before Shakur goes to see what they talkin bout, and make a "smart" decision...why cant Tank or whoever let us know where Shakur is on that list? No one is gonna care about that list is Loma and Shakur is not #1 and #2. Is Loma gon have to do all that too?
