I would need to take pictures all along the disassembly stage, in order to get it put back together correctly. We need more rebuilding and less disposable. She is a marvel.

Nice two handed painting technique---but you have a compressor--wouldn't a small paint spray gun be more efficient and less costly? Not to mention having a small Mig welder for big jobs like this? No matter how many times I see this episode--it's still of great intertest to me!

10:28 When using saws and drills don't wear gloves. The gloves can get caught up in the tool and destroy your hand. Also wear some some ear protection please.

I Think you need to buy a trigger sprayer for spray cans. It will relieve the pressure on your finger during long spray jobs like this. Very inexpensive.

In the USA, would be a $15 thousand job. 10 for labor, 5 for parts and materials. That's why we scrap everything here. It's too damn expensive to repair anything. There's a shortage in labor and the ones we do have charge the same as a doctor almost.

Excellent job with just one exception o recommendation. After sand blasting i recomend to put a base primer with zinc to promote paint to stick to metal and it will also protect against rust. It is just anfew dollard more and will improve quality of paint job
