The best thing about this machine besides the workers that produce it is that almost everything on this motorbike can be fixed by the owner with just basic tools.
In Sweden they probably go as MC. 3 wheel's or more on a bike you only need Car driver license (B). Even if it look like a motorcykel with dual front wheel together, it also go under Car driver license. Only bike with 2wheels need MC driver license.
Pakistan can become a Rich Country if they seriously get these machines certified and sell at mass scale all over the World, specially the developing countries. These vehicles are very economical to buy, and very cost effective to maintain. Just like Japan, Korea, China made cost effective reliable cars Pakistan can do the same with such vehicles and market it to developing countries.
For your information, Model T Fords we’re built by the millions using a big hammer, torque wrenches and robots were never put too use. Isn’t that amazing ?😉

I think if these guys worked for a large automobile manufacturer in the USA, that plant would probably produce the best cars in the world. These people looked dedicated 😊
Never saw a torque wrench and some of the ways that bearings were hammered can damage them., but then again most of these vehicles don’t go faster than 25 Mph.

The way they install bearing and races makes me cringe. It's not tapping on the bearing with a hammer, It's where you tap on the bearing that matters. The way most of them were installed will cause premature wear and failure.
You buy one of these, you know you're buying a kit, just like Chinese machine tools. Decent starting point, as long as you know that you're going to have to put some labor and time into it to make it perfect. It all depends on the price point.
I am rather horrified watching them use a hammer to install bearings especially the taper bearings and then use an air gun to finally ruin them ……hope the warranty covers bearings !

How tough is that 150cc single piston engine? There is a lot of weight there and it has a truck bed to fill. This is the best built tuk-tuk I have seen so far on video. Well done .
It amuses me to see the torque specs in the bolts. "What were these torqued to?" Yes. The are torqued. "But to how many foot pounds or newtons?" Five ugadugas, bolt's not moving is it? Then it's torqued.

What h.p. does the engine put out ?. Looks a very simple and useful little truck designed to work in its own environment. Not the expensive production lines seen in the West etc but correct for the country it is built in, everyone busy and knows their job.
So , when DO THEY finish all the welds on the frame ? The videographer has only recorded 'SPOT' welds to hold all the formed metal pieces of the frame together !
Tacked together on the jig, welding is completed on the floor out of the jig allowing access to parts that require welding. Some dimwit makes as similar comment on all these type videos. You need a several hour long video to show the process in its entirety you twerp.

More proof that there are skilled workers all over the world, not just in the West. Maybe even more skilled due to limited automation, i.e. welding robots, automated assembly machines, high tech measuring and volumetrics gauges and measuring tools, automated assembly line conveyors, ergonomic tools & chairs, etc.
That looks like a well made machine that will give lots of service. I would say that on the tailgate, I would change the two panels that cover the tail lights when open to a wire mesh. This way they can be seen if you are carrying a load with the tailgate open. A small thing. Otherwise, I would buy one.

Poll: If you all had to pick one job in there to do every day, which would you choose, and why? I'd pick working on the engines. For me that would be the most challenging job to do every day, requires skill, and I would feel a sense of accomplishment pushing out perfect engines every time.
I like them. I'd buy the 200cc one with the 7ft bed. The guy putting together the differential gears and bearings, and the guy putting on the red sides on the bed need new jobs. They are terrible. One guy beating on the differential bearing with his hammer. And the guy doing the final assembly on the bedside beating on the pins into the side and scratching the paint too. If a customer has a complaints, just show the factory this video.

Amazing how they put in so much work and effort to build a total piece of junk. I can hear the differential making noise here in the USA. I feel sorry for the poor person that has to do the oil change on the gear box attached to the diff. That drain plug is definitely cross threaded along with 80 %of the other hardware holding that piece of junk together. Unbelievable how they know no better.
