Pakistan can become a Rich Country if they seriously get these machines certified and sell at mass scale all over the World, specially the developing countries. These vehicles are very economical to buy, and very cost effective to maintain. Just like Japan, Korea, China made cost effective reliable cars Pakistan can do the same with such vehicles and market it to developing countries.

The best thing about this machine besides the workers that produce it is that almost everything on this motorbike can be fixed by the owner with just basic tools.

The way they install bearing and races makes me cringe. It's not tapping on the bearing with a hammer, It's where you tap on the bearing that matters. The way most of them were installed will cause premature wear and failure.
You buy one of these, you know you're buying a kit, just like Chinese machine tools. Decent starting point, as long as you know that you're going to have to put some labor and time into it to make it perfect. It all depends on the price point.
are not qualified mechanics, they don't know anything other than a hammer and an impact wrench :) The bearing hits the inner ring - which is not so bad, but sometimes they forget to lubricate the seal .. Overall, they are nimrods :)
Not necessarily, not all the bearings will fail..it is true they may be setting up fatigue cracks in the race, but they most likely won’t fail and it’s the steering neck which sees minimal load and no rpm for heat issues. The dif bearings however, should not be pounded on buy a steel hammer..that failure percentage goes way up……A simple solution is to use a brass hammer
In Sweden they probably go as MC. 3 wheel's or more on a bike you only need Car driver license (B). Even if it look like a motorcykel with dual front wheel together, it also go under Car driver license. Only bike with 2wheels need MC driver license.
I think if these guys worked for a large automobile manufacturer in the USA, that plant would probably produce the best cars in the world. These people looked dedicated 😊
Never saw a torque wrench and some of the ways that bearings were hammered can damage them., but then again most of these vehicles don’t go faster than 25 Mph.
How tough is that 150cc single piston engine? There is a lot of weight there and it has a truck bed to fill. This is the best built tuk-tuk I have seen so far on video. Well done .
This is an excellent chinese design. I see them all the time while in Morocco, they are cheap, slow but work and are easily repaired. Some are modded into mini buses that circulate in the slums there, the added value is enormous.

It amuses me to see the torque specs in the bolts. "What were these torqued to?" Yes. The are torqued. "But to how many foot pounds or newtons?" Five ugadugas, bolt's not moving is it? Then it's torqued.

What h.p. does the engine put out ?. Looks a very simple and useful little truck designed to work in its own environment. Not the expensive production lines seen in the West etc but correct for the country it is built in, everyone busy and knows their job.
Can't believe they don't grease the front axle before trying to drive it in with a bloody big gimpy hammer. would go in a LOT easier if they smeared a bit of grease on it, not to mention preserve the axle, and also make it easier to remove, next time it has to come out for the wheel to be replaced.
This reminds me of a place I worked in when I was a boy. Catch your breath for two seconds and some bastard wanted to know if you had nothing to do. Nice product though.
when I was a young boy my father got me work as an ironworker, they'd strap a 350lbs i-beam to my back and make me scale the frame of a 125 story building. then I'd climb back down to get another one from a pile of 500. moving that pile was a 8 hour shift. you little whiners don't know nothing about a hard days work.

That looks like a well made machine that will give lots of service. I would say that on the tailgate, I would change the two panels that cover the tail lights when open to a wire mesh. This way they can be seen if you are carrying a load with the tailgate open. A small thing. Otherwise, I would buy one.

Their hands do the talking.Exceptional work. Clean shop, people wearing shoes (uncommon on many TH-cam Videos). It would be interesting to see one built to US quality standards and specs, it would probably be three times the cost and take twice as long. Great Job guys!

That looks like a well made machine that will give lots of service. I would say that on the tailgate, I would change the two panels that cover the tail lights when open to a wire mesh. This way they can be seen if you are carrying a load with the tailgate open. A small thing. Otherwise, I would buy one.

на 21:46 взял тележку, поставил ее перед собранными мостами, потом собранный мост перенесли на пустую тележку, чтоб освободить другую тележку. а сразу поставить пустую на нужное место нельзя было? но вообще прикольно, да и аппарат ничего так.
