I bet they lose a lot of gild in their tailings. Gold may be heavy, but a shaker box and high water pressure will chuck everything out. I have run sand washer and rock washer plants for years and have seen some things.

Steve needs a logistics job paper work with dry human contact. Making lists of supplies or machinery that needs maintenance camp cook, reports deliverys things of that nature . Small amount of control but still some inventory control and accountability without arguing with team memebers unless there damaging or losing gear.
