Just a note on autorecon. I hated the amount of output it gave me aswell until I watched tiberius use it in conjunction with atom. I personally use sublime text to view the outputs in a heirachic view. Now I really appreciate how good it is. Definitely worth a re look 👍
It's also worth noting that with the plugin and tagging system in v2, you can easily turn individual checks off if you don't like them. You can even create your own plugin directory from scratch so AutoRecon does exactly what you would normally do. It's basically a framework to automate your own enumeration without you having to really write much code (for most plugins you can just copy / paste from the defaults and change the triggers and command, etc.) Anyway, great video Tadi, glad I came across it. :)
Would you mind sharing with us the enumeration checklist? Btw this video is gold. So many valuable lessons. I was just randomly going through OSCP prep videos and found this channel.
im gifted to be here before you blow up this vid was awesome for once the algorithm did good and recommended a good video from a small channel i will like sub and share all of your stuff good vid man
Wait a min...I read your blog lol I didnt know you had a youtube channel. You provide a wealth of knowledge and you def make me want to blog more, keep it up!!
Hi! I'm a complete beginner in cybersecurity and I'm interested in taking the OSCP course. I have no prior experience or knowledge in the field. Can anyone please advise me on where to start? What should I learn first? What resources do I need to get started? I'd really appreciate any guidance or advice you can offer. Specifically: - What are the prerequisites for the OSCP course? - What topics should I focus on learning first? - Are there any recommended resources (books, videos, courses) for a beginner like me? - What's the best way to get hands-on practice and experience?
I have an idea ... look at the syllabus ... find free stuff on each part of syllabus and learn it. U can also find labs way cheaper ... and just pay for taking cert test.
@@jaywandery9269 hey! I'm getting there. First cert from scratch was CompTIA Security+, then CompTIA CySA+, and now I'm studying the TCM PNPT one. I believe after this one and with a lot of boxes from vulnhub and hack the box should be fine! I want to have a solid base even before paying to study this cert! 👌
if you request to download the material you get to keep it. when you do request to download via the portal you'll have a couple of days to download it otherwise you'd then have to contact support or something.
If you have the money, I would start with eJPT then go for PNPT or eCPPT, but if not I'd say go through the PTS course for the eJPT just for the knowledge then go for the PNPT
I have eJPT. I didn't find it really useful for OSCP or for finding a job. I have taken course of PNPT but I didn't took the exam. PNPT taught me lot of thigs which actually helped me in OSCP. I recommend doing PNPT and save money and earn values (:
@@mihisharanatunga2591 Yes. I totally belive that. Even PNPT offers you one free exam retake and a hint for your next exam attempt. So many folks have passed their PNPT in their 1st attempt. So go for it.
Tady, thank you for all the information you are very helpful! I am a female in her 30s, a mother and a DJ. Yep! I am extremely interested in Cyber Security and I really wish to become a Pen tester or a Red teamer in the future. I don't know where to start though, what certificate to try and get first... I am so confused. I am not even sure what laptop to buy, as I want something very secure. I don't have lots of time study per day... But I do try and find some time to study some days of the week, even when the kids are running around me. How I do it? I try to stay focused no matter the distraction my children create. I really wish to succeed! And I won't give up... Can I ask you to be my mentor? Would you wish to? Or is it not appropriate to ask a question like this?
$16.66 everyday for 90 days doesn't sound like a lot, but it sure sounds like it hurts upfront. Especially sense you only get 90 days to learn as much as you can. Wish you could keep the stuff
Sir, I like your videos a lot. They are great. Sir, do you think playing with TryHackMe offensive penetration package and OSCP labs are enough for preparing the exam? I am going to have my exam on 2022/11/27, pretty nervous now. Thanks
Dude, you are amazing keep it up. You have an old man thinking he needs more practice and determination. I wish you nothing but the best of luck.

Great tips, especially regarding running nmap twice, automation, programming and timing yourself
Glad it was helpful!

I'll take note of that lol, coming soon
agreed
Thanks for your insight. Really appreciate the words of wisdom.
Congrats bro. Love your video! :0
it just blows my mind how you pay more than a $1000 and you still need to go buy courses elsewhere to prepare for the exam
it really is kinda crazy lol
And what's more, you only have 90 days...
OffSet seems like their only interest in making money not students passing their exam.

Audio sounds a bit weird, maybe it's a noise remover threshold that's a little too high? great video tho:)

I think your audio setup has a noise gate somewhere - and it's way too agressive.
lol cool how you noticed, the levels were too high when i recorded and i wasn't going to re-record. thanks for pointing it out

What happens if you don't go to the lab,and you buy only the course ?
you get the labs with the course, it's up to you to do the machines or not
Bro.. you're dope.. ❤

Where did you register for OSCP?
On the offensive security website
Hack the box all the way!!
I appreciate the suggestions but but but why are you whispering? Really hard to understand you. Audio issue perhaps?
