Man congrats, I been following you for some time. I just got my PNPT voucher today and looking at tackling OSCP after but thanks for sharing all your experiences.
Thanks and congrats! How is your practice methodology? If you are stuck on a box, how long before you seek help for hints or writeups? What boxes do you do on htb, easy/medium/hard?
congrats brother. I have a question, im doing the oscp, I'm doing the exercises first then I will jump to do the laps, any advises on how to go about them. my only experience on cyber security is bug bounty, this is my first time doing any course.
i never really did the exercises, if you are good with the fundamentals you probably won't need them otherwise you can take a look at the ones you think you might need
Lol thats an adverb etc comes from the latin phrase "et cetera"means "and the rest " used at the end of a list to indicate that further , similar items are included" according to google 😊😊 almost every language adopted this adverb already .
Thanks, homie! I heard that OSCP is focusing more on AD. So in my high school, I have been studying Windows Server for over 4 months. I have pretty good experience and a good understanding of AD, as well as Powershell scripts. Would that help me with the OSCP exam? THANk U AGAIN
i'm pretty sure it will help you. everything you do in preparation will help one way or another. unless you're doing completely unrelated stuff. do take note that the exam might not cover as much depth as you might anticipate
@@tadii Thank u 🙏 Tadi! appreciate that and ur time. That’s my goal to achieve this certificate as the first step. but what i heard from ppl on the internet from their interviews talkin about the OSCP exam and their roadmap to achieve it, idk i feel like it’s scary exam and not easy while i have good fundamentals in IT overall and I remind my self of the skills that I achieved in my high school over 3 years of studying IT
i really want oscp cert, but the price is so damn expensive especially in third world country like indonesia, i'm so dissapointed that they didnt have the 30 days and 60 days lab anymore
Are you in a full-time job or were you studying full-time this pentesting stuff only? Would like to know your computer machine specifications also!! Congrats on passing the OSCP 👍
i was working part time while studying and I still work part time, but now i am back in college so a lot less certification based studying. i highlighted my specs in a "best laptop for cybersecurity" video on my channel. 40GB RAM, corei7 and nvidia graphics card
Depending on your level of knowledge it might be, it might also not be. i think you can always judge whether it's enough or not by doing the lab machines and see how you compare
Congratulations bro. I like your sharing a lot. I am going to have my exam on 2022/11/27, about 2 months left. Do you think play with PEN 200 labs are enough? I have completed TryHackMe Jr penetration test path and Offensive path. I am pretty nervous now, I need the certificate for a job, the company asked me to pass the exam so that they can give me offer.
I started the PEH course the second week of January the first step in my OSCP journey.
Man congrats, I been following you for some time. I just got my PNPT voucher today and looking at tackling OSCP after but thanks for sharing all your experiences.

well, while you learn on other platforms like THM, save up hey. It may take a while but eventually you'll get there
congrats!
Hey Tadi. Do you mind sharing your notes on AD?

BoF is simple if you learn it from Andy Li (youtube). In 10 min he explains it and here you go.
Assume if i purchase the course, will i get pdf copy of study material to download?
yup
Can we run linpeas, winpeas and linenum scripts in OSCP exam?
yeah you can
If you do it all over again, what would you do???
exactly everything i just highlighted haha
What do you mean you skipped the lab report? You have 24 hours to write an exam afterwards
for the extra points
Are you in a full-time job or were you studying full-time this pentesting stuff only?

No way lol, on a shorts video you were just stating how the OSCP's was too high for a college/uni student. And you passed it already.
i was just crying over having spent a bag
Hlo bro, what tools did u used?
Please list some of them ...cause many are restricted so!! Thanks
just the basics when preparing; burpsuite, metasploit etc. nothing fancy
Do you think PNPT material and PWK is enough to pass OSCP?
Depending on your level of knowledge it might be, it might also not be. i think you can always judge whether it's enough or not by doing the lab machines and see how you compare
do you have any ejpt like machine labs
nah, unfortunately not. maybe try out the wreath room on tryhackme
@@tadii thx
Do you feel like PNTP helped you with OSCP, especially the AD part?
yeah, you can jump to the AD section of the video where i talk about that
😮💨 Today , I fail'd the oscp exam the second chance, 😭😭shit
keep moving, all the best next time
gg mate
thanks mate!
oh by the way congratulations
thanks!
People think hacking a machine is minutes but as I learn its a real B ... And it can take hours or days lol.
