No iron armor, you kept using leather armor and be surprised when he tore you a new one
Made building out of wood knowing full well the bear was gonna go through it
Kept going outside at night knowing the bear could get you, didn't establish a safe perimeter with wall and light to try and see him coming
Kept living in a wooded area who benefited the bear

I personally like this more but at the end I guess it depends on the situation.
Suddenly changing the music makes it more shocking while changing it a few seconds before disaster unfolds builds up tension and fear.

Funny, I just started playing this mod afew days ago with my friend. We were terrified together :D and to think that the dev of this mod is making it scarier...
I know its not Guy's fault, but its always bugged me that people just blend wendigos and yee naaldlooshii (skinwalkers) together into this nonsensical, borderline made up creature.

A little bit of folklore, but depending on who you ask/where you read, some tales suggest that the wendigo can summon blizzards so the snow shields it and it'll use that to its own advantage to hunt its prey

If you released your mods on curse forge on just generally to the public I think it would do a massive impact on the horror category, especially due to the one thing you mentioned on another video “physiological horror” and mainly with the stalking mechanic. You and your team put incredible work into your mods making them unique and mainly with the intent of being different from the regular dwellers. Keep up the stunning work m8. I am honestly yet to see someone make a accurate wendigo model
Here are two ideas for horror mods:
The Qalupalik: An artic mermaid of sorts that stalks theirs preys before grabbing and pulling them onto the water. Dragging them deep down, nowhere to bee seen again.
The Manticore: a being from greek and roman mythology, the body of a lion with the tail of a scorpion wich induces poison, and the uncanny head of a human with multiple ranges of teeths.
The name of this creature directly translates to "Man eater" and I imagine would behave like a lion, jumping from branches onto ususpecting preys.
The Mothman: in 1966 to 1967 reports of a large humanoid silhouette with large wlngs was reported in the USA. The creature is often represented as having red glowing eyes, a screech that often endulces anxiety, disturbs electronics and was often accused to be the cause of nightmares. It's also nocturnal entity that supposedly dosn't hunt down humans, but large animals like dogs and sheeps instead.
Some often represent the Mothman as an abnormaly large owl.
