Thank you very much for such an informative video. Wanted to make an ice cream today but the instructions in the manual weren't clear. Your video explained everything. We placed the bowl into the fridge for 24 hours. Will update you tomorrow on our progress.
I got this in the uk and there’s no recipes in mine either, says there’s 6 included on the box and it’s a complete LIE, the QR code just sends you to lidls home page, pretty annoyed
Tip. If you want ice cream, just freeze the fruit in squares and the next day add a little bit of milk of your choice and blend the fruit cubes for 5 seconds and you will have a beautiful ice cream. If you have pri Blender or food processor or even with the juice extractor you can make this ice cream. Greetings
can i put it in the freezer and if so for how many days does it last? should I use its own container or freeze it in someone else's, also does the ice cream harden afterwards?
Hi, yes you can freeze it and it will probably go a little harder. I’d recommend transferring it to a box with a lid. Freezing time depends on the ingredients that you use but I would imagine a month or so would be ok. Hope this helps.
We don't find it too loud and because it's continuous noise its bearable (rather than stop /start). We don't use it very often but it does work great :o)
thanks for your video had bought the same like yours even the colour from Lidl Here in Malta cause there was even Red instead of green or mint colour....again thanks for your help planning to use it soon :)
I know you asked a long time ago, but NO, you can't do without a freezer. I bought the same machine a few days ago and I'm testing it. The inner bowl should be kept in the freezer for 24 hours (-18 degrees Celsius), and it "gives up" the temperature to the ice cream.
Mine is not working just in 20 minute it melted and the ice-cream wasn't frozen it remain watrey strange though I put it in the freezer for 24 hours before preparing the ice-cream waited for 45 minutes and its still liquid 🤦🏿♀️
Oh that’s a shame. It could be that your freezer temp isn’t cold enough, the bowl wasn’t upright during freezing, so the frozen liquid is around one side and not evenly spread around the bowl or your ingredients aren’t quite right.
I'm using this for the first time now. I have to say that the instructions that came with it are terrible. It doesn't even state times for how long you leave it run. There is also no diagram in the booklet for the parts 1 to 6 that they refer to. It can be figured out but you shouldn't have to scratch your head over things like this.
These appliances can be a little fiddly. We find that the ice cream we make takes around 35-45 minutes. It does depend on the temp of your freezer bowl and ingredients and also how warm the kitchen is ☺️
bought today,{sun07/07/24} the bowls in the freezer, vanilla with after 8s in for desert tomoro, [mon}😁 (no recipes with instructions, but they can be found online when googled

We’re glad you found this useful and hope it works well for you 🤞🏼
So how was the ice cream?
I got the same one in Belgium and there are zero recipes in the booklet. I am disappointed because the box says there are recipes.
That's a shame. Is there a separate recipe card or a QR code to scan for them?
@@Mandyglen yes it takes me to a page where there are no recipes.

You put in the product code in the search option and then download the full instructions. The recipes are in it.

its a really nice size machine, the ice cream looked good
The volume of sorbet produced seemed small, can you put more liquid ingredients in the machine?
You can go up to the maximum fill line.

Hello! Is the Ice cream machine loud? Thanks.
We don't find it too loud and because it's continuous noise its bearable (rather than stop /start). We don't use it very often but it does work great :o)

Where did you buy this ice cream maker?
Lidl store
Nice products !
Merci pour cette vidéo bien instructive
Thanks you :o)
every time that you want to make an icecream you need to put the machine inside the freege for 24 hs ??
Yes, if the insert isn’t cold enough the ice cream won’t solidify.
In the manual has recipe.

No. It won’t work without freezing the cup.

So its not 40 mins prep time it's 12 hours 40 mins as you have to freeze the bowl first
Yes the pre freeze is a long process. I just store mine in the chest freezer over summer so it’s ready to go.
No ingredients in mine
Can be found on the Lidl website I believe.
No recipes included
That’s a shame. You will probably find recipes on Google.
That's not a bad price for an ice cream maker.
