In the books (I know we're talking about films, but I'll say it anyway), he is said to be remarkably strong for his size and able to lift up a body with ease. He also has remarkable senses, so really your screwed.
Let's face it, most of these he's screwed. The characters all have the element of surprise. The shock would be enough to finish him, plus he wouldn't know any of their weaknesses so he has no idea what he's up against.
I wonder how he'd react if you didn't cower, but still had no defense means. Like if you were just polite, calm, chat with him a little, how would he react? Kill, ignore, probably not chill but he did tag team a colony of Xenomorphs with a human, but that also doesn't quite fit the proposed circumstances.

You gotta take the fact that most people in these horror movies make the WORST decisions because the writers couldn’t think of smart or unique ways to engage conflict, especially the slashers like the characters are just so stupid and fall over thin air
Depends on the Jason, the first few for sure the first one, is human, it’s possible he can beat em wit weapons tho since even as a human ge still pretty strong, it takes a while for Jason to reanimate, so he’d win that wit the right weapons
I think Jason would most likely win, but as he said it does depend on what part of the movie you survive till. If you make it towards the end, you know someone is killing everyone, and at that point, I’d be running away in a straight line to escape. As long as he doesn’t teleport in front of me, I’m good. Even more so with Michael Myers. Unfortunately with both of them, it’s likely you’ll be dead from a surprise attack

Well if you have firearm and you’re in a relatively open area, 1 Xeno shouldn’t be hard to defeat. Multiple, yes you’re in trouble. Human Jason should also be kinda easy if you’re smart enough. Zombie Jason can only be beaten through very convoluted or such specific means, so you’re donzo against him for sure.
Cody said Jigsaw got ridiculous when in the later movies. In the first Saw, he put a man in a razor wire maze for being depressed and attempting suicide 😂

Mickey is the only Ghostface I'd genuinely be worried about. He's strong, brutal, and the most insane killer in the franchise. The rest are drunk high school/college kids, senior citizens, and 110 lb girls.

Despite all that He was still was able to do a jump scare fake out before being shot in the forehead. Not to mention in costume dude basically teleports. He was the one who stabbed Dewey in the back before attacking Sidney in the cop car. Stu was busy checking on Gale in the crashed news van at the time. Then while Stu and Randy was blaming each other, Billy went back up stairs, took off the Ghost face costume etc... With Out making a sound.
Art is basically who modern Pennywise thinks he is. I loved the modern IT films but the fact that to defeat him you just have to talk shit about him to his face is hilarious. Art on the other hand…..no thank you. I’m NOT messing with that.

As far as Pennywise is concerned, it was actually a VERY specific death. You don’t kill him by talking shit, you HAVE to do the ritual of Chüd first, THEN you have to face your biggest fear and fight against it (usually in a creative way) and beat your fear, because that’s where Pennywise gets his strength, from YOUR fear. If you pay attention to the movie, you’ll realize that the ritual wasn’t finished until AFTER Eddie died, because Richie’s sacrifice wasn’t supposed to be there arcade token, it was actually Eddie himself whom he was in love with but never told. Watch MatPat’s film theory, it makes a lot more sense.

When you refer to the movie the kids were performing the ritual of chud and getting help from Gan the dark tower.

The thing about Michael is that you’ll never see him coming. He will wait and watch you in the dark for hours or days before attacking, so you’d have to get lucky and survive the initial attack like Laurie to fight back

Exactly. Stopped the video roght there cause even if they don't explain it in the movie due to lack of time they only managed to beat him due to a couple of things outside of the bullying: 1. Locating his lair. 2. Knowing of his existence and what he is. 3. Surviving him as kids and returning as adults. 4. Pennywise sometimes kills without fear. Fear just adds flavor. 5. The ritual of Chud was necessary to allow him to be weakened. 6. They needed the help of someone from the Dark Tower. 7. Despite all this Eddie still died trying and everyone else still had to escape their personal worst fears. Also putting yourself in the MCs positions they were kids when he first attacked them. They were only adults when learning It wasn't dead. So he would be a kid, not knowing it exists in a town full with pieces of shits who are brainwashed to ignore It and its existence. And he is talking if he would survive it without a group of friends to help. He is 100% dying. And from what I've seen in the comments he thinks he'd survive Jason and Michael as a 50/50. The girl from Orphan is a 50/50 and Pamela (Jasons mom is a 50/50 (As someone that does not believe in Ghost stories I would take a guess that either it is Pamela as revenge for her sons drowning, someone who worked there or some random guy once I noticed people were getting killed. Pamela is not physically strong and mostly managed to kill people through surprise so that 50/50 is if she catches me by surprise or not)). Jason and Michael are certain death.

I sort of agree with you, he did say his rating them based on being a person in the movies, not as a viewer... so I'd assume his rating it as an adult character after figuring out IT's weakness. Otherwise pennywise would definitely be up in dead as fuck if he didn't already know IT's weakness.. I think lots of these characters would definitely have a higher ranking if he was rating them as a character who didn't know any weaknesses or anything about the character. I know its just for fun, but his more rating them as a viewer who knows the characters rather then a characters first encounter. Obviously lots of them are common sense situations like just leaving the town, forest or whatever place your in. But anything supernatural would definitely be higher up if they were first time encounters.
If Predator is a ‘Dead as F*ck’ then surely the Xenomorph is too. It’s so fast, strong, stealthy and surprisingly smart that even Ash says it’s a perfect organism and, if we go off of AVP, the Predators consider it the ultimate sport/challenge. Alien: Isolation is a good trial run to see if one would survive the Xenomorph. I died a lot in that game.
And so are the Yautja, plus advanced technological weapons and utilities. If you are comparing one Xenomorph with one Yautja, there is no comparison. A Xenomorph is not the perfect hunting sport for Yautja, but the WHOLE nest is. I think it all depends on how many of them and how much Cody knows about them. But against a Yautja you are pretty much dead if he really wants you.

See that's interesting to think about, because they don't. Yautja do in fact have a hierarchy of prey they consider to be worthy/challenging and humans actually outrank Xenomorphs on that list. Xenomorphs are vastly superior in pretty much every physical way to humans without a doubt, however at the end of the day they are just really dangerous animals that the Yautja can easily predict and counter to the point that killing one is a right of passage for their teenagers lol. Humans on the other hand are considered one of the most dangerous prey to hunt by the Yautja because we are kind of insane. We aren't gonna compare physically thats for sure, but when it comes to intelligence, unpredictability, teamwork, improvisation, and the sheer will to survive plus the will to fight back even when the odds are stacked against us (an attribute that they respect and greatly interests them because animals don't really do that) and we make a VERY dangerous enemy. We even see this in the movies, what I mean by this being that the few examples of Yautja that underestimated humans ended up dead pretty soon after.

I think the moment of surprise is the deadliest aspect of most villains in horror you say, you picture yourself in the movie setting following the movie's rules, that means you also do not know the villain, his plan or strength and also dont expect when you get attacked here what I think: -Angela always attacked in a very cowardly way, where her victims were vulnerable (like sitting on a toilet), if you dont know about her you wont expect it and your guard is down -just stay away from the doll, its easy as that, it attracts spirits but doesnt follow you -if the creeper has marked you, you are dead -Valak gets you, as long as you're not a ghostbuster or have an old christian relic -for pennywise you gotta need a strong psyche to face your fear to beat -the wrong turn guys are a serious threat, they are seasoned hunters. If hiking the woods, they can shoot you down from afar with arrows or get you with traps -bily from black christmas also always ambushes but as an adult male you could beat him, I say 50/50 chance -candy man can teleport, that says all -tall man is supernatural -Hannibal is too smart, but can be beaten easily in a fight -no chance against Freddy - Damin is supernatural, cant be beaten in 1v1 -Ghostface always ambushes, so if you keep your guard up you have a better chance -Jason cant be beaten in a fight and also ambushes, chances are low -Jigsaw also ambushes, some traps can be fairly beaten but it depends on why he is after you -Leatherface can be avoided and beaten but the other familiy members will hunt you down once you're on their list -Harry Warden can be beaten but can be sneaky -Leprechaun can easily be avoided -Michael Myers is always ambushing and you wont see it coming, in a 1v1 you might win if having a weapon but he is very strong but you can outrun him -Chucky is very sneaky, smart and ambushing but in 1v1 he is easier -Bates can easily be beaten -Esther is probably the one who has the surprise aspect the most on her side, also very smart and attacks cowardly and from behind -pearl can be beaten easily -pinhead can be beaten if you play their game but in 1v1 no chance -strangers can be beaten easily, just keep your guard up -Art the clown cant be beaten except you got that magic sword -Collector will annihilate you, in 1v1 you'll loose since knows martial arts, is invincible with prep time and his traps, sneaky smart attacks -children of the corn can be easily beaten -fisherman is like ghostface, sneaky -tiffany is smarter and sneaky -xenomorph will surprise attack, you wont see it coming, a motion tracker might make it easier -if the predator is after you, you're dead, no plot armor saves you -annie might be hard if you're tied down, gotta play her game -the firefly family can be beaten if you are smart but you better dont make them your enemy -the thing is a definite nope, you will never expect it or see it coming -critters are easy to beat -jaws can be easy if you just stay out of the water, buttt if you consider its first victim which was a random tourist swimming in the sea, its much harder

Part II and IV the characters think quickly and crafty to seduce him which in it of itself is a risk that they had no idea if it would pay off. Part III she took advantage while his back was turned and smashed him in the head with a cleaver to which he didn't die from. Remake same deal but with the wood chipper. And that was human Jason. Zombie Jason is even more ruthless. VI required Tommy to think on his feet and lure him into the lake hoping he could get the chains around him which again is a risk that could of resulted bad. VII the chick had superpowers. VIII they somehow found toxic waste. IX they stabbed with a dagger of power which the characters only learned from getting his fingers broken by another guy who knew. Jason X they got an A.I. to do it and then had to send him into orbit. Jason vs Freddy he didn't die and most of the damage was by Freddy. So in conclusion, no, you're not gonna survive. Unless you can somehow find a way to manipulate him like Tommy does with a quick thinking plan on the spot or manage to find some resource that can keep him down for good like toxic waste, I just don't buy your survival. He keeps coming back again and again non stop
The Devil's Rejects victims tried their best to survive by fighting back... and look what it got them. Personally, I don't like most ordinary folks' odds against those three.
If Freddy got a bone to pick with you, you're essentially screwed sooner or later. He's going to get you eventually because you're going to have to sleep eventually and no matter what you do to this guy, you can't kill a demon permanently. What's worse is he's creative, so on top of that he's unpredictable.

He dies in the first film by shooting himself in the head before at least many hours later waking up in the morgue. I guess i figure i shoot him then run away. Chucky's main element is surprise. Nobody in the movies realizes to doll is possessed until it's too late. Chucky could be any toy. In a real world it might be a Playstation or something that you wouldn't expect.
He’s canonically got human strength, which a lot of people forget. The power of Damballa allows him to keep the strength he had as a human. He says it himself in the show.
If you add the caveat that you know "a horror movie killer is after me" but you don't know anything about the killer even if you've actually seen the movies then this list makes sense. It's the disbelief that will get you, but if you accept something fucked up is happening right away your odds go way up.

A random person on the street. Then when you blink he is gone, and when you look behind you, its your deepest darkest fear. Something primal that you cannot - not - be afraid of.

Annabelle has a real body count. A guy visiting the Warren Museum was mocking the doll and tapped on the protective glass. He got kicked out and a half hour later crashed his motorcycle and was killed while his girlfriend, though she survived, was hospitalized for 17 months. The only characters any of us could beat are the normal, powerless scrawny characters like Ghost Face as well as Angela.

You don’t kill him by talking shit, you HAVE to do the ritual of Chüd first, THEN you have to face your biggest fear and fight against it (usually in a creative way) and beat your fear, because that’s where Pennywise gets his strength, from YOUR fear. If you pay attention to the movie, you’ll realize that the ritual wasn’t finished until AFTER Eddie died, because Richie’s sacrifice wasn’t supposed to be there arcade token, it was actually Eddie himself whom he was in love with but never told. Watch MatPat’s film theory, it makes a lot more sense.

Exactly. Stopped the video roght there cause even if they don't explain it in the movie due to lack of time they only managed to beat him due to a couple of things outside of the bullying:
1. Locating his lair.
2. Knowing of his existence and what he is.
3. Surviving him as kids and returning as adults.
4. Pennywise sometimes kills without fear. Fear just adds flavor.
5. The ritual of Chud was necessary to allow him to be weakened.
6. They needed the help of someone from the Dark Tower.
7. Despite all this Eddie still died trying and everyone else still had to escape their personal worst fears.
Also putting yourself in the MCs positions they were kids when he first attacked them. They were only adults when learning It wasn't dead. So he would be a kid, not knowing it exists in a town full with pieces of shits who are brainwashed to ignore It and its existence. And he is talking if he would survive it without a group of friends to help. He is 100% dying. And from what I've seen in the comments he thinks he'd survive Jason and Michael as a 50/50. The girl from Orphan is a 50/50 and Pamela (Jasons mom is a 50/50 (As someone that does not believe in Ghost stories I would take a guess that either it is Pamela as revenge for her sons drowning, someone who worked there or some random guy once I noticed people were getting killed. Pamela is not physically strong and mostly managed to kill people through surprise so that 50/50 is if she catches me by surprise or not)). Jason and Michael are certain death.

I sort of agree with you, he did say his rating them based on being a person in the movies, not as a viewer... so I'd assume his rating it as an adult character after figuring out IT's weakness. Otherwise pennywise would definitely be up in dead as fuck if he didn't already know IT's weakness.. I think lots of these characters would definitely have a higher ranking if he was rating them as a character who didn't know any weaknesses or anything about the character.
I know its just for fun, but his more rating them as a viewer who knows the characters rather then a characters first encounter. Obviously lots of them are common sense situations like just leaving the town, forest or whatever place your in. But anything supernatural would definitely be higher up if they were first time encounters.
If Predator is a ‘Dead as F*ck’ then surely the Xenomorph is too. It’s so fast, strong, stealthy and surprisingly smart that even Ash says it’s a perfect organism and, if we go off of AVP, the Predators consider it the ultimate sport/challenge.
Alien: Isolation is a good trial run to see if one would survive the Xenomorph. I died a lot in that game.
And so are the Yautja, plus advanced technological weapons and utilities. If you are comparing one Xenomorph with one Yautja, there is no comparison.
A Xenomorph is not the perfect hunting sport for Yautja, but the WHOLE nest is.
I think it all depends on how many of them and how much Cody knows about them. But against a Yautja you are pretty much dead if he really wants you.

See that's interesting to think about, because they don't. Yautja do in fact have a hierarchy of prey they consider to be worthy/challenging and humans actually outrank Xenomorphs on that list.
Xenomorphs are vastly superior in pretty much every physical way to humans without a doubt, however at the end of the day they are just really dangerous animals that the Yautja can easily predict and counter to the point that killing one is a right of passage for their teenagers lol.
Humans on the other hand are considered one of the most dangerous prey to hunt by the Yautja because we are kind of insane. We aren't gonna compare physically thats for sure, but when it comes to intelligence, unpredictability, teamwork, improvisation, and the sheer will to survive plus the will to fight back even when the odds are stacked against us (an attribute that they respect and greatly interests them because animals don't really do that) and we make a VERY dangerous enemy. We even see this in the movies, what I mean by this being that the few examples of Yautja that underestimated humans ended up dead pretty soon after.

-Valak gets you, as long as you're not a ghostbuster or have an old christian relic
-for pennywise you gotta need a strong psyche to face your fear to beat
-the wrong turn guys are a serious threat, they are seasoned hunters. If hiking the woods, they can shoot you down from afar with arrows or get you with traps
-bily from black christmas also always ambushes but as an adult male you could beat him, I say 50/50 chance

Zombie Jason is even more ruthless. VI required Tommy to think on his feet and lure him into the lake hoping he could get the chains around him which again is a risk that could of resulted bad. VII the chick had superpowers. VIII they somehow found toxic waste. IX they stabbed with a dagger of power which the characters only learned from getting his fingers broken by another guy who knew. Jason X they got an A.I. to do it and then had to send him into orbit. Jason vs Freddy he didn't die and most of the damage was by Freddy.
So in conclusion, no, you're not gonna survive. Unless you can somehow find a way to manipulate him like Tommy does with a quick thinking plan on the spot or manage to find some resource that can keep him down for good like toxic waste, I just don't buy your survival. He keeps coming back again and again non stop

If Freddy got a bone to pick with you, you're essentially screwed sooner or later. He's going to get you eventually because you're going to have to sleep eventually and no matter what you do to this guy, you can't kill a demon permanently. What's worse is he's creative, so on top of that he's unpredictable.

Chucky's main element is surprise. Nobody in the movies realizes to doll is possessed until it's too late. Chucky could be any toy. In a real world it might be a Playstation or something that you wouldn't expect.

If you add the caveat that you know "a horror movie killer is after me" but you don't know anything about the killer even if you've actually seen the movies then this list makes sense. Annabelle has a real body count. A guy visiting the Warren Museum was mocking the doll and tapped on the protective glass. He got kicked out and a half hour later crashed his motorcycle and was killed while his girlfriend, though she survived, was hospitalized for 17 months.
The only characters any of us could beat are the normal, powerless scrawny characters like Ghost Face as well as Angela.

Realistically:
Guns and tasers are just tanked by his suit, and he kicked Mike across the restaurant in the movie. But if you manage to somehow trip up the springlocks in his suit, it's joever for him. You might get a little surprise by him 30 years after though... and Springtrap? We haven't seen him yet, but although being slow as a corpse inside of a rabbit costume full of metal parts, the only known way to kill him is with fire. And he's smart. Also probably backs a bite and a hell of a punch.
You should do this same thing again, but with different versions of zombies from movies and shows and games.
