The Calif. Zephyr in Ft. Morgan on 15DEC2024

This morning's California Zephyr #5 arrived in Fort Morgan at 0542 MST (departed On Schedule). P42s #78 & # 140 brought the 8-car train to a two-spot station stop with 1 passenger detraining from car 4 (sleeper) and then 1 more detraining from car 7 (coach). That was followed by 5 new fares joining the coach. After a brief time in station had elapsed, the high ball was given and on a clear signal the Zephyr rolled westward toward its next stop at Union Station in Denver.
