With only having experience with Efteling's Villa Volta, it's cool to see a different ride based on the same concept. I do absolutely love the glass ceiling and the thunder. That's such a great idea for a madhouse attraction.
I think .It would be a lot better, without the projection of the railings .Getting in the way? Because they are just ruining the illusion. And it is Houdini ?
Hey theme park worldwide are your part closed down in the United Kingdom most of the USA is closed down keep up the good videos I hope to get to meet you one day But I know you may be busy I would just love to talk to you about roller coasters and what is your favorite US park
Hm. Very interesting. I'm pretty sure this is the exact same ride as Houdini's Great Escape at Six Flags Great Adventure, but the plot seems to be a bit different, and more dark.
dude do you remember at the beginning after sitting down for a few minutes feeling "strange" at all? almost like you were coming up on a shroom/lsd trip?
What's the smell when entering Houdini's house? What incense is it? She's so bewitching, I love it, Best ride I've been on C'est quoi l'odeur en entrant dans la maison de houdini ? C'est quel encens ? Elle est tellement envoûtante, j'adore, Meilleur attraction que j'ai pu faire
I don't know, but almost every european theme park has one. The best one is in the dutch theme park de Efteling, it's called villa volta. Definitely worth a visit!
Six flags New England and Great Adventure both have Houdini themed Madhouses, there are a few others at minor parks in the US but Madhouses are quite rare outside Europe
@@ThemeParkWorldwide Carowinds had the same ride only Pirate themed. We rode it and I thought it was lame then (late 1980's) but said nothing. The ride ends and house lights come up......my then 7 year old, has no filter, shouts 'Is that all??'. Everyone laughed and applauded. Ride lasted just a few years. But to each his own. Thanks
After so many years riding Hex, it feels weird seeing one of these without a strange tree monster lurking underneath the gondola...
Im going to Alton towers soon but I just found out Hex is closed 😢 It’s been my dream since 2012 to ride Hex!!

Looks good. Not sure about the on ride music. I’ll reserve judgement until I actually ride it though. Hex would take some beating IMO
Vekoma Madhouses are great!
I love them!
i worship them
Nice POV! That reminds me of Houdini: The Escape!
The park used to be owned by Six Flags
So its basically like Hex but based on Houdini
Sure is!
I’ve been thinking about this ride for a few weeks now
Love a good mad house!
This is so cool! Wish we rode one of these in person. :)
I think Villa Volta is better! Villa volta will always be my favorite madhouse :)
Another great POV as always Shawn mate 👍🏻
Thanks!
@@ThemeParkWorldwide you’re welcome mate
Shawn have you seen the news about Tornado from M&Ds has been removed and sold to a French Theme Park, it's on RCDB if you haven't seen!
It has indeed
That Looks Spooky

Great video👌 is it the same manufacturer who built Hex at Alton Towers? It reminds me of hex a lot 😁
It sure is Vekoma

It would be our end of season here in the United Kingdom however there’s still some parks open offering Christmas events
Theme Park Worldwide that cool
personnally I love the music on this ride. Kept my eyes closed most of the time though, I'm a softie lol

Europa and Efteling are on my top visit lists. Thank you fir reply's. I thought they were mainly a Europe thing. I guess I was kinda right.
@@AzKarma2010 also add Alton Towers to your list. Hex is an incredible madhouse based on a local legend!
@@AzKarma2010 definitely worth it! Efteling is my favourite theme park of all time, it may not look as impressive but it's a true jewel
EARLY!!!
Kinda Lame ride......
It’s good fun!
