Phil definitely pulled the short straw in this episode! He’s such a kind and patient guy.
and a saint, in this episode
Yeah you can just see that he's a natural sweetie for sure.
@@MonogramistaML Yeah she was a lot, he has a lot of patience for sure.
I really liked the basement flat that Phil showed Shazia. So light and bright with a gorgeous garden. Thanks for the upload.
That was a cute apartment
Shazia...
Phil's client is an absolute brat! Kudos to Phil for remaining professional as always and keeping his temper.
No Kidding, very unattractive traits. Arrogance is ugly.
I'm surprised her Indian family didn't foot the bill
That woman is nuts, and very spoiled, may God be with Phil. Loved the older couple, these were so lovely, how cool that they were in a park lot drinking, wine.
Kirstie spilling the wine as she pours at the end! Finish that bottle, girl! Lovely episode. That "bird" garden was really nice.
Kirstie was *so* emotional when she got word the offer was accepted - that cemented for me that she is the real deal. Spilling the wine as she was so anxious to toast the victory was just icing on the cake.
This is what "prison is like"..."mortified"wow! it was a brand new place! A little spoiled , and probably has been raised as a princess, I would say!
The basement flat was excellent
The next to the last apartment for the single lady was so sophisticated in design ! Gorgeous. For the vicars I liked the smaller house with the birds and back garden. But, I can see how they want to be where the action is and live in the center of activity.
That garden in the third house shown to the vicar was one to behold. It was a lovely house indeed.
hello dear friend, your video is very good, my family is from the mountains of the north of vietnam, my family wishes you a lot of health
Vicars and knickers!!😜😜
Downsizing is a huge job but can glean cash for the next step on the journey. We sold a LOT of belongings and earned money for two year's worth of property taxes. START EARLY as downsizing takes a lot of time. It took us almost two years of work and even then, we had a lot we could not sell and had to donate a TON of belongings (a house worth) but it was time to leave our property. We only got 30 days to get out!! Kirsty, navy blue and purple are your colors-wear them more!!
nice, loved it
nice people
lovely england
2 beautiful people, life in tow
and Missy Demandy
Phil and the Vicar gossiping about the ladies 😂 I'm finished🤣
What a beautiful couple.
Great story for this older couple. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️💚🥰🤗
Wants Kensington Palace accommodations on a council house budget for the postcode she wants.
Doesn't accept the reality of the fact that she can't afford to get what she wants.
Typical entitled Millennial princess this is what watching the Kardashians does to her generation
She was after her fifteen minutes of fame, not a house to purchase. I don't think she was ever serious about actually buying, considering she asked, no ordered, Phil to offer almost 10% less than the base asking price when he had made it clear to her that the property was in fact value for money even at the base price. One senses she was just winging it all along, pretending to be a magnet of sorts.
Please put the year of the programme in the descriptions. thanks
The date is in the closing credits. In this case, 2010.
The Vicar is hilarious! 😂
She is definitely a piece of work someone who thinks she’s a cut above the rest and if she is she’s gonna have to show more money
Phil did a really great job of finding nice options for that horrid girl.
Phil has so much patience with the snobbish, self-obsessed girl.
"This is what I imagine prison to be like" 😮 if this is what she imagined prison to be like, my God. Good luck finding her a house
I know of a basement flat in Maidavale and it flooded (a meter deep) in heavy rains. BEWARE!
Agree 100%....
Shazia wasn't at all likeable and I suspect the reality was that she couldn't afford what she wanted. Disappointing that the vicar pulled out of the deal.
I’m quite sad that the vicar and his wife weren’t able to buy the house they wanted and that he had to postpone retirement.
Promises to be a hilarious episode!
Service charges would be good to know
She’s not a “business woman “. She’s just cheap…….and cheeky.
Had Phil's client not done some research on the different places
Another great show 👏
Shazia is a self important cow.🐮
Phil has a lovely complexion….
Makeup for the cameras I would imagine ?
"This is what tenants do" OR landlords don't maintain their properties 😂
Try charring the eggplant in the air fryer or under the broiler, then allow it to cool in a covered pan and it will be easier to peel.
Phil's buyer is ignorant and the way she pouted at the first place, thought her bottom lip was going to drag on the floor... mortified- she says? Is this after she saw the episode and how she acted? Sounds like it!
My god four miles away and she couldn’t find her way back. That’s so sad
What you think is not what she meant... not sad....she just wanted elsewhere...
“Now, I am concerned, but for you, Phil
I was concerned for him too. She has quite an attitude.
Shouldn't aged people have a house on ground level without stairs?
Shazia wants it all but doesn't want to spend her hard earned cash to get it 👎🏻 guess she's going to be disappointed and cheesed off 😂 .
Frustrating episode. What an immature child that woman was! Phil had just explained that she was getting a deal with that place that was 200 sq ft more than the other, yet the same price, and she whines, “No! I want a deal!” She thinks because she has one successful business that she’s an expert on everything, including real estate. I bet Phil needed a couple drinks after that. At least the couple that Kirstie had were lovely people even if they backed out of the deal at the end.
Just realize she has just shown the world. What a rotten jerk she is, and just think she’s on her best behavior on television. Oh my gosh what a horrid person she is.
To be fair, they didn’t back out by choice. Peta lost her job. They kind of had no choice lol
I live in Carlisle Cumbria England and we have a church with a charity called " Give a day to the city " meaning business offers there trades for free & materials for people who need help. It all started after Carlisle was flooded in 2005 & 2015.
So quick and easy to really dislike this buyer
I like chasia and I love the vicar couple 🎉
The vicar's wife on the stairs... I get why they probably glassed in the staircase, but how ugly. Insulate the house and heat it already
“I’m horrified. It’s like prison”.
What an entitled brat.
My 1st house cost £1000, it needed a complete updated in the 80s, I was lucky to get a 100s grant from the council to do it up. I was lucky to get some money from my dad ( bank of dad ) he was a bank manager and I paid £50 a month for the mortgage.
You can tell she went on to go into politics… entitled and delusional
Really?? The view???
So, being a vicar all his life with free large housing makes it tough to not be a vicar anymore.
Yes
How frustrating.
Did Kirstie say the vicar and his wife were 71 and 54 years of age?????
my father was 13 years older than our mother ... happily married for 38 years until his death ...
@@anneroy4560 It's not so much the actual age difference but the fact that Peta looks so much older than 54.
I hate entitled women like this
Ian and Peter?
Peta
Peta
Its Peta NOT Peter
Got it. Don't need more replies
What?????? All that searching and great results and NOBODY buys a house! What a disappointing episode. I feel cheated!
To be fair, Phil and Kirstie is only with the house hunters for a few days and can only show 3 to 4 houses. This episode also came out in 2010, which was right after the recession, which made it especially tough.
Sad.
28 years old? She looks 40 plus lol.
Christ, could they have possibly tried to play up that woman any larger than life? It's nauseating the lengths one must go to praise "women of color".
christ, could you be any more racist or woman hating? She does appear to be entitled and unrealistic but what does that have to do with her skin color? Most of the first time buyers are entitled and expect more than their budgets will cover; you see it almost every episode. But you haven't bothered to bitch about them...is it because they are mostly white?
Not a question of race! Rich or successfull people can be like that...
watch the episodes
demanding + folk comes in spades 😜
I’m sure you’ve never praised a “woman of color“ in your life. That nausea must be from your sour attitude.
Whats colour gotta do with it???
