I live on the same road in Westhampstead and have lived there for 40+yrs, since this programme luxury Apartments have been built across the road and a modern Primary school that's hidden behind the Apartments and is all very posh, Theres also two parks nearby and lots of shops on tbe high road couple made a good choice, I absolutely love living in Westhampstead the Tube, Train, Overground & Bus links are Fantastic !! I'm sure their Flat has gone up in Value in 2025

London is still the haunt of the Yuppie generation . Today’s housing market in the capital has reached ludicrous heights and has made it virtually impossible for anyone but the wealthy to consider purchasing even the most basic of accommodation.
Well these couples did. Sadly state of affairs in any city, such as Edi, Bristol, London. We were lucky with our first do-er upper which put us on the prop ladder and went thru boom time. Bought 2nd place in Glasgow (also doer upper) in 2019 and has since gone up nearly 50% in value. Finding the next place which we're working towards on the other hand....
Then don’t live in London. Why would you want to live in a wasteland of yuppies and crime and druggies?! You can find work anywhere and if your family is in London then just move everyone elsewhere! London is an expensive shithole anyway!

Hang on, they wanted to live in West Hampstead with a fairly tight budget, so as an alternative you showed them two areas that were more expensive than West Hampstead? Why not show them something in Queens Park or Brondesbury? They did end up with a nice flat though.
She doesn’t seem to be short but either way, she seems to wear heels mainly going to work (and for filming) her workplace probably requires a certain professional look. You don’t imagine she actually cooks in heels.😂

I grew up in a 1,000 square foot house. 3 bedrooms, living room, dining room, and eat in kitchen. It worked very well indeed for a family of 4.
