Solution of this problem
Sabse pahle jab bottam level par lental ka sariya khada kar diya jaye to colam me concrete bharne ke pahle diwaar banvani chahiye.
or uske baad colam me concrete dalna chahiye.
Jab ghar ke saare colam or diwaaro ka kaam poora ho jaye tab slap daalna chahiye.
Result:- diwaaro par lental or slap ke
pressure ki wajah se ghar ka
structure or bhi mazboot ho
jayega.
zindagi me kabhi bhi aapke
ghar me crack nahi aayenge

@@Futureatio cement is definitely not air tight, we often see older RCC structures where the iron rods inside the rcc “swell” leading to cracking of the rcc structure or peeling of plaster. Definitely cement is not air tight

That’s why beams and columns having iron inside become weak over time and needs investment on maintenance. Relatively humid areas ,like, closer to the sea are impacted more compared to drier areas.

cracks are early sign of failure. It is necessary to provide plasters as per IS Code especially in Earthquake prone regions. Excessive loadings in the building can lead to cracks which is a good sign to aware people. Poor quality of materials, improper mix and inadequate water content may be other cause. Try use optimum no. of doors and windows in building to eleminate or reduce cracks.

Punching the column with those many nuts and bolts will make it structurally weak. Better to find another way to install that mess.

Chiken mesh OK. But fitting this style is totally wrong. Drill and kill in RCC column attract moisture and rusting in column rebar. Just fix and stick chiken mesh with mortar..
