The rumours re Bisgrove were around for a year but 4 months prior to him leaving, in January of this year, those rumours gained strength and were being openly spoken. Yet here we are in OCTOBER and that position has still not been filled. I've been saying this for years. i think the financial issues never went away and we kept hoping for CL money and since we never got it, we are in the same place we were 2011/2012. I hope I'm wrong, but it's getting more and more apparent.
The academy isn't working. The 1st team isn't working. The board room isn't working. The ownership isn't working. Oh, and Tavernier says he "still has lots to achieve at the club" 😱
The same exact problems are happening at my company. One key worker leaves, their position has taken too long to replace so the pressures/work load of there job is temporarily passed on to someone else who already has a full workload, they ended up stressed and end up leaving aswell and the work just keeps piling up and stress passed down. Now at the point where any potential new recruits are seeing what the job involves and deciding to go elsewhere that is better run, less work and for more wages. Hard problem to solve. Rangers tho have Dave King, who I think is best fitted to fix the problems. Business savvy rangers man who has done it all before. He's called King for a reason 😂🔴⚪🔵
We've still got after Christmas where we always dip too 😂 we're a shambles at the minute and it needs sorting ASAP or we're going to be second best for the foreseeable future
Never have I known Our Club to have been in so much turmoil... every week it's something else breaking down and needing replaced....who, up top needs replaced to stop this happening again and again....🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧
The only reason I can see for not filling the vacant positions are that there must be behind the scenes of a takeover or it is just pure incompetence sadly I think its the latter . This board can't call themselves Rangers men or they'd step aside and let someone actually take the club forward.
IMO, John Gilligan has been invited back temporarily, to clean up the back room and boardroom. Mr. Gilligan is a Rangers man through and through and has a long successful record in business. Let him do his work behind the scenes. I am sure that when it becomes time for Rangers to announce a new CEO, Mr. Gilligan will have sorted out the *dead wood* either gone or sidelined into a position where they can no longer have any adverse effects on the running of the club moving forward. Patience is a virtue. Once the office is sorted that leaves our gaffer the freedom and hopefully, money, to strengthen our team and fill the holes we see on the playing field. My 2cents.
Is a takeover on the cards as all the board are getting taken out. Something going on as this never happens at any club even amateurs have more board members.
so far as I can see we only have a goalkeeper at the club, that knows his own job. Even he has made enough mistakes during his career, that he is at our club. 😂😂
What we are witnessing is a business in crisis, that is what modern football is. It is a wonder it's not being investigated by the stock exchange, to look after the interest of investors. Next cluster to happen will be big Phil leaving before Christmas, more dumplings available.
Was reading on the rumours page this latest guy that has left was going to get punted for being useless. Koppen not impressed with him apparently. Im hoping what seems like a shambles is a masterplan. Like my life.🤣

Think your tripping a bit man, your boy Clement is taking charge of all football within Ibrox. That's why he is adamant at he's going to get it Wright. Coming from a Celtic boi
When we first got our new manager, things were lookin great buy as per usual, as the last few managers done..... Got a run of results , then the exact same attitude come back, fear, panicking stupid passes and terrible gameplay, I mean, we're still passing the ball around our own box, WTF has happened to our team or club has destroyed itself 😢
I think its pretty obvious whats happening. Our club is on its deathbed taking its dying breaths. Ill be amazed if we see the season out. Unfortunatley this time, i dont think well recover from it.
Creag Robertson has left. Well we have Nils Koppen who probably knows a bit more about players to buy and players to punt without having to go through Mr Robertson jack of all tirades but master of none, nada, zip. That Falkirk connection may have helped Rangers recruit Ross Wilson who was also a disaster in that role btw. Zeb Jacobs brought to the club on the behest of Michael Beale who was labelled as a visionary and guru of young talent with unorthodox training methods and sanctioned by James Bisgrove . On the same week it was revealed Nils Koppen was watching Ethan Sutherland on loan at Alloa from St Mirren alongside Chelsea and Man City who Zeb released from out academy last summer it emerged Feyenoord and Man City wanted Zeb Jacobs and Zeb opted for Feyenoord strangely. enough. James Bisgrove, some say he made the club a lot of money others will say he lost us a lot of money . I think the latter. He rubber stamped Michael Beales spending spree and dealt with the contracts in rhe same manner Ross Wilson had done previously . Badly. Pretended he had a clue what he was doing before firing Michael Beale for gross mis management of assets before embarking on a Stadium upgrade project which would end the same way and with James getting a nice tan out in Saudi . Poor John Bennet . He got to play Chairman on a part time basis while living down south. The old saying when the cats away the rats will play springs to mind . It wasn't just the playing squad that needed a clear out sadly. Oh well we have a pretty clean slate to work with for bringing fresh ideas into the club. Ever the optimist . WATP !!! 🔴⚪🔵
It all starts with the appointment of a Chairman. His first task will be to approve who fills the CEO vacancy. Somebody he and the Board can work with. The CEO will take it from there on the other jobs. That is the first step, a Chairman.

I will say it for the rest of my life & I’m a Celtic fan . That white I saw it in him one I first seen him & told rangers fans there’s something wrong with him I felt it .
I am not being funny, it seems to me since the Parks got more involved, things went down hill? Are the decks being cleared for new investors coming in?
A lot of us will have worked in a job with an unbearable arrogant a-hole who out-stays their welcome and drives good people away. It feels like there is someone like that currently in the Rangers boardroom, preventing progress from happening due to their own ego! I don't know... its just a thought.

@@cjnovo992 The thing is those with zero experience are those who need to make the appointment ..The thing is are they any candidates who can do the job actually want the job /jobs?...Its a rock and a hard place ...The fans in theory are getting their wish the board are leaving one by one
@@cjnovo992 it's brutal mate I know what you're saying
The club is infested with people that don't have any emotional attachment to Rangers. Some actively wish and take great satisfaction in the position we are in today.
Bisgrove was an example.
Spot on again CJ
tbh i think if we had the guy who cuts the oranges promoted to striker or right back we might have qualified for the CL
🤣🤣 fair
Hopefully they DON'T know something we don't, can't help feeling something worse is coming 😢
Went downhill after 55 but less be honest we haven't reach level we use to be before 2012 and don't think we will 😮 quality is so low that we rely on dessers n lawrance
It's like the labour government, no one wants to take responsibility for the 💩show...
😂
CJ, when Gerrard came in he seemed to 'professionalise' many areas around his management team/position. I'd like to see someone like that come in and fix the structure of the club. Looking at the 'glass half full', this is an opportunity to start the correct foundations of a really well run club.
I think so too many, great opportunity to get the right people in
Makes me think, What do they know we don't ? What is on the horizon ?
P45 that's what
Right get cj on the payroll just to employ these guys just listen to this guy he knows what's needed
Replacements ? Probably in different jails and asylums 😂😂😂😂😂☘️☘️☘️☘️☘️
I honestly think my local corner shop has more staff running it than Rangers.
"Football works in cycles" Bertie Auld
As an old codger I can see more bad times ahead ,we the fans are like mushrooms kept in bloody dark. What the hell is happening to our beloved Rangers ,we are like a rudderless ship steering into the abbys really fear the worst .Watp
All we ever hear of is sack the board, which doesnae help. But maybe there is something going on in the background. So is it any wonder these people are bailing oot🤔
Seems like there's slot of folk leaving with no one ever coming in to replace them
i am surprised , not by these guys have left ,,,,
i cant believe these positions have not been filled ,,questions have to be asked ,why not ????,,,your right by saying were in a real mess ,,,,these positions are pivotal to any club worth its salt ,,come on
Part of me thinks is there more trouble ahead and a lot of them are jumping the sinking ship. The board tell us nothing, and I think we all know why.
I've been saying this for years. i think the financial issues never went away and we kept hoping for CL money and since we never got it, we are in the same place we were 2011/2012. I hope I'm wrong, but it's getting more and more apparent.
@@NiagaraThistlethat's heartbreaking reading that mate. Surely it can't be that bad can only hope.
Liquidation 2.0😂
I feel the same way, a sense of absolute doom. Think everything is worse than they let on.
The most sensible comment posted so far.
We need to get big Johnny back from Exeter before Exeter offer Rangers under 1 million...we have had useless people on the board
cj, We have been a shit-storm ever after WINNING Title 55 and that's the TRUTH !
The academy isn't working.
The 1st team isn't working.
The board room isn't working.
The ownership isn't working.
Oh, and Tavernier says he "still has lots to achieve at the club"
😱
Tav won’t win another trophy with us
Will watch after football training cj bro 👍👍❤️💙
Enjoy training bro!
@@cjnovo992 thanks mate
Wonder if klopp fancying Rb Rangers🤣 Dunno if id like that honestly.
All this stuff would make a good stage play. Panto villain energy is wild.
Oh no it wouldn't
If we had backed Gerrard after winning the league things would be so so different
One thing the manager wouldn't buy any of those players that are Ibrox if he had more money
Bring back Gerrard in one of the positions. He would be a good addition in a technical position.
Aye give up mega bucks for this shit show lol.
give him the managers job, a least we would know the formation and style of play.
We've still got after Christmas where we always dip too 😂 we're a shambles at the minute and it needs sorting ASAP or we're going to be second best for the foreseeable future
Not going to lie, I have been waiting for this video lol 🔴⚪️🔵
You've got to get the foundations right. Steel foundations.
There's gotta be so much more going on behind the scenes 🤔
Great vid CJ, thanks for your insight, opinion and trying to cheer us up! 🫶👍
so far as I can see we only have a goalkeeper at the club, that knows his own job.
People think wr getting talking over have got their heads in the clouds more like deserting a shinking ship 🫣
Was reading on the rumours page this latest guy that has left was going to get punted for being useless. Koppen not impressed with him apparently. Im hoping what seems like a shambles is a masterplan. Like my life.🤣
These 'folks' who WERE on the BOARD and are now NO LONGER ON IT..... well THEY SIMPLY COULDN'T HANDLE OUR FANBASE, 100% They Couldn't as to WHY THEY HAVE ALL JUMPED SHIP, except for the WORST TWO.....THE PARKS !!!! Get them GONE ! THEN OUR FC CAN MOVE ON AND PROGRESS AS, A Proper Football Club.
WE ARE RANGERS FOOTBALL CLUB !!!!!!!
Using a metaphor Fish rot from the head and Fishmongers cut the gills out to hide the rot.
I think the question is why are everyone leaving ???? Think we need the answers to that.
Very worrying that they are all leaving a sinking ship and nobody wants to replace anybody on a sinking ship do they?
King who DELIVERED, wants an EGM but Gilligan says “all on course, nothing to see here.” Were a SHAMBLES! Get King back for two years to stabilise and set us up again ffs
Iron out a few things WATP
A club in shambles doesn't get to the europa league final 9/10 years after starting from scratch. Short memories
Don't like to admit this but our club is in a mess
Aye man I hate saying it I really do. But what's the point in pretending it's not right now?
Not a gers fan but would this be a chance for Clements vision to be spread around the football operations
The club will take approx 9m from european packages. Then money from eufa
Our*
I think its pretty obvious whats happening. Our club is on its deathbed taking its dying breaths. Ill be amazed if we see the season out. Unfortunatley this time, i dont think well recover from it.
You, Stevie from 4 Lads and Davie Edgar should all apply 😀
We have been in a mess for over 12 year.
Let us now ALL Look Forward to..... THE NEW RANGERS BOARD !!!
Cj you heard about this company in london all computer crap? Ive read rangers are paying thousands to find people through this company.
Not heard anything bro
As for blaming the past,as well as the present
*I feel there’s much much more s**t to come out of rangers* *Can you just imagine what we haven’t been told* For gods sake we hardly have a dime to our name and NO WAY OF BRINGING IT IN,. I’m so worried about our future, so much so I find it difficult to celebrate whenever we score a goal because I feel there’s still nothing coming our way,🤷🏼♂️🤷🏼♂️
If the club is in dire straits and it sounds like we are and if and I mean if that administration 2 happens, will the supporters still turn up and give their money to a club that can’t manage it self?
I don’t know 🤷♀️ who was responsible for Rangers being liquidated but some one or PERSON/ S should have went to prison a club the size of Rangers .
Rangers are not going to win anything this season with a bunch of greedy hypocrite,s running our club ,only in it to make themselves richer could,nt give two f ........s what happens to this team or the fan,s 😭💙
It guts me that they are run so much better than us
GET BRETT WEIR I SAID"..
Get Ronnie Pickering on at RB.
ALL the recent hand-shaking-pals acts have NOW COME TO A CLOSE and thank Goodness for that tarrier led crap !
From now on, after these two Parks are also GONE, Perhaps OUR Rangers Football Club will ONCE AGAIN BE, THE BIGGEST FC IN Scotland.
Right Now, we are miles away from the tarriers sadly BUT come this NEW BOARD, WE WILL YET AGAIN GAIN THE UPPER HAND !!!!!!!
Known rangers, we will hire the janitor for the ceo and Janice from catering for the academy position. I wish I was joking.
We are a joke. It's getting beyond a joke. While players are over paid. Clubs a joke shocking
They cani bleed anymore out us or the club cause we r on the verge of 2012 all over again troops 💯
Its not looking great, and with all these people jumping ship recently I fear the worst
