Such wonderful gifts. I love old book too. I have a few from my grandmother. We're doing ancestry and learning more about our family. My husband passed 17 years ago, but he told us all he remembered. We were married 41 years. It gets better, but you'll always miss your love one. The kids and I laugh and they keep telling the funny stories he and his dad told us. I'm praying for all who are going where I've been

The cabinet cards are wonderful, they remind me of pictures of my grandfather.
In 2001 when I lost my daughter I thought that life wasnt worth living. I fell into a deep pit and it took years to climb out. Once I learned the meaning of true forgiveness and learned to let go of the anger and hate and grief I finally started to accept and heal.
The loss never goes away ever, but life and time goes on and its up to us left behind to make the most of it.
I admire all you ladies that can deal with loss and still have energy to smile at the end of the day.
What beautiful gifts. I hope someday very soon to start replacing supplies after my camper home was destoryed. Ive learned the more trials we have, the stronger our bond with God becomes if we allow it to. ❤

Hi Edith. Thanks for sharing your beautiful happy mail. My favorite was the lovely old photo album . I love hearing your accent. I watch various youtube videos from different countries. Another of my favorites is Julie from Camelia Crafts. She's from England. Also Luise who is German. I often wonder what you would think of my Australian accent. We are all connected by crafting which is truly wonderful. We lost our second son when he was 23. He would be 53 now. Good news for us is that his only child, our grandson is about to be a father. We rejoice that we have the Lord to help us through.

As you were talking about your husband, I was reminded of my son. He passed 13 years ago. You shared how each day gets easier, but never goes away. I agree with you, and am hoping for Heaven to see my little man again.

My husband died May 14 .. and I find it hard to even move .. I don’t want to be alive ! How long did it take you to stop crying .. you said it will get easier .. thank you for giving me hope ! I remeber you couldn’t come back to JJ for a while .. i guess I’m in that stage I just have no interest in anything I try to do stuff like go to the store .. and I feel like a cloud is over my head .. and I feel like a alien as I try to walk thru the store .. I thank the Lord for delivery ! I want to just sit and stare at YT .. I’m so happy your better I will be happy to see the day I’m better otherwise not sure what will happen to me .. ❤
