And somebody that works in a machine shop I can attest that this wasn't cheap. These materials especially in these days run a lot of money. It's so nice to see that people still have a craftsmanship about them, in a world of instant satisfication of buying something online and having it shipped to you in 24 hours, craftsmanship like this never goes away. We need more of this in our world
I agree that why I'm actively trying to learn how to make things like this because its one of a kind and takes effort to do in the end you've made an extension of you personality
The crazy part is that I have access to the steal, the plasma cutter, the chain links, almost all of the tools. Then you get into the rest of the metal work and it would still cost what I make in a year.

There have been several others that have done this build, or attempted to do this build, but no one has done it as authentically as you did. They are a work of art and weapon of war. Great build!

is it nice, yes. Do they resemble the blades of Chaos? Absolutely. Was they forged? Not even at all. The metal was shaped into a steel plate, then cut out with a plasma cutter. Anyone wilth a sheet of steel and a cut off wheel could of done this. You just used extra steps.
All I can say is...... " BRAVO " ! I don't know if you make these things as a hobby but I know every gamer including myself would pay to have these hanging on my wall ! Great job !

They're just for display. The way the grips are attached wouldn't lend itself to actual use. I actually purchased these from him and he told me it was for display only. Prob why it wasn't tested lol

@@Besno I'm actually making them for my final project in CNC machining class. Gonna NC machine the runes on the blade. Gonna be sick. Already modeled it in solidworks.
I am very happy I stumbled upon this amazing channel. The skill on display in this video is top tier and the presentation style is just really good. The extra time taken to label items used and display measurements (in metric and imperial systems, even) is just wonderful.
Not sure how those welded tangs would perform if you actually went on a god-hunting spree, but the aesthetics are phenomenal!
