I spent a summer living outdoors in a tent. The sunrise and sunset very quickly set your internal clock. I was up right before sunrise every day and in bed a few hours after sunset and it felt so refreshing and healthy and just the right thing for your body and mind. I don’t have that now and it wears on your soul a bit more every day.

I get you! Few things more beautiful in life than the first rays of Sun landing on you as it rises!

I've worn a watch since I was a kid. Even if I don't have a watch on, I can tell you what time it is usually within a few minutes. Just very aware of time. I also live on the prairies. The sky is almost always clear. I can tell what time it is in the morning just by looking at my ceiling. The value and color of the light tell me the time of year and time of day.

Awesome! Everyone has an internal clock but I feel those more connected to nature are more in tune with that clock! My gf asks me to guess the time all the time I’m never more than 20 mins away lol!
