Fun theory about the hanged gardens of Babylon. Here in Iraq we believe that the reason the king built the garden was for his wife as mentioned in the video. But why? Well, it's believed that his wife was a beautiful woman who lived in the northern regions (currently known as Kurdistan) and this region is famous of it's green nature. In Babylon which is near to the center of Iraq, was a region of dry land and deserts. Therefore the queen was really sad and the king couldn't bare to see his beloved wife like that. So he ordered to build those gardens just for her sake and the only motivation was love. Hope this was helpful
that’s actually false because in ancient times babylon was very very green because it situated in between the tigris and euphrates river. however over time the tigris and euphrates river drifted more and more apartand dams being built in turkey made the land a desert. also the place his wife is from is known as northern iraq🙂
It's really awesome that they do still exist. Not too surprising about all the other ones though, considering their structure and how they were consumed by fires, earthquakes, etc.

Amazing how great a structure people tried to build for a fake god whom they didn't know. Jesus came down from heaven and reached out to man with every miracle, signs, and wonders and they crucified Him. Man will be without excuse on judgement day before God The Father apart from Faith in Jesus Christ, and the true faith that He is the Son of God and he did rise from the dead to prove He was one with God, and had power over death and had paid the price for our sins!
