even if you have no idea what to do after dissembling you can assemble the parts when in assembly mode and it will guide you 1 by 1 because when it's red you can't install and when it's green you can. ex. you cant's install radiator fan before you install the radiator first, etc fun for a few weeks and it's boring for me.

What's funny is that I originally played the demo for Car Mechanic Simulator 2021, which is basically the tutorial. After that, I decided to buy this version since it was on sale. After trying the tutorial for 2018, I'm glad I played the demo for 2021 or else I'd have been lost. I know this video is from 2017 and the 2021 simulator probably wasn't even a gleam in Red Dot's eye (or maybe it was), but I'm glad for creators like Muzzup who take the time to play and explain what would otherwise be a frustrating game.

Well, here I am completely screwed up. At least you explain what your doing but everybody clicks on different things so fast and don't explain what they just did. I had all the wheels, brake calipers, pads and rotors off and don't have freaking clue how to get to the place to buy them and re-install them. I know I sound like a dumbass but this is my first time ever playing any type of car mechanic sim. You guys make it look easy. any help would surely be appreciated.
At 7:23 where you clicked on the gears icon is there someplace in there where you can change the key functions? I don't like using the W,S,A, and D keys to move around with. Are the arrow keys an option? Besides changing the audio and video settings I didn't see anything about the keys. In fact I can't find anything about what keys do what. When I went for a test drive I started hitting different keys until something moved. What is the AZERTY Keyboard? This is the first sim I've ever seen that tells you nothing about what keys do what etc. Luckily there are a few guys (very few) who actually explain what's going on. One more thing, I just took a job and it says the car needs a Brake Caliper, a Brake Disc Ventilated and a ABS Pump. Do I need brake 4 calipers and disc or just one? Do I have to find which one is bad? So many questions and I can't thank you enough for your patients and help.

Over 4 hours into this game and still haven't got out of the garage! I keep trying the same things over and over with no different results which qualifies someone as going insane! I'm old yes, I'm 56. I didn't grow up in the computer age. We didn't even know what computers were in the 70s. I'm not a college graduate with a degree in computer science. I'm not a total idiot. I'm 5 years into iracing with 2 championship seasons and a class A rating. I play the American truck sim which by the way is very accurate in a lot of ways, I'm qualified to say that because I have 34 years of coast to coast tractor trailer experience in real life. This game is totally ridiculous. Glad I bought it on sale because I probably won't ever figure this out
Awesome tutorial. I do have a question. I was stuck for 30 minutes because the program kept telling me that I was missing a bushing after replacing the entire front end of a car. Is there an easy to find the missing part on the car after everything is assembled?

I know this is an older game but when a when you go to take off a part and it shows something red, that's the part you need to take off before taking off the part you are hovering over.

ur voice is really quiet compared to the game audio, normally not a problem, but difficult to hear when watching at 2am with the comfort of speakers, and then there is really loud menu select sfx waking up the whole neighbourhood
Very well done, at 5:30 where you enter the test track is there a way to re-map the keys? I believe S,W,A and D are the turn, accelerate and stop keys. Is there even a place that shows what the keyboard functions are and can this be connected to a G29 racing wheel? Now I just have to remember when the circle menu is up which icons to click on. Hey just got it a couple days ago on PS4 just wanted to know on the custom parts shop in game is it worth to buy custom parts when restoring cars or just use regular parts
is there a time constraint in this game? Like the faster i take parts out and install with new ones, does that effect the overall amt $ you get on that one order?
The video is good but if you're doing a voice over you should have control over the sound volume and turn the sound effects down for the game other than that its a great video tutorial.
Is there any way when you get in order to replace parts is there but you can trust to replace all parts with out actually having to do the work installing them
Why nobody do the tutorial, and pass direct to the game, I mean, in the tutorial you have to do basically tasks to learn how to play, and I did all the "Audi" to check up the pieces to then sell it, but one task is not easy and If someone would do the tutorial I would can watch the procedure to finally finish the tuto.
Im in a part in the beginning where you need to replace the old tires but I change the tires and the rims and sold the old ones and now these new ones that are the same size wont go on can I roll back the game or something or do I have to start over?

Options to play the game are "Normal" and "Normal without tutorial" which makes absolute no difference
I honestly think this tutorial would be good if you lower the game volume and speak up. I can't hear you, especially over the game noises :(
