Hi.こんにちは!(Good afternoon!) Thank you for introducing the Japanese band. It's a women's band. We recommend a powerful women's band formed in 1985. Band Name is "SHOW-YA" There is an official page.⤵ ”SHOW-YA - 限界LOVERS (DVD「大復活祭」より)” (th-cam.com/video/V0XmIj2hX3s/w-d-xo.html)
One of their earliest and still one of my favorites. They just rip, but it's so much more than that. The composition is great, and as you pointed out, the craftsmanship is top notch. Thanks for doing this one.
Awesome song and awesome reaction! As many others have pointed out, their new song Adabana is REALLY good and there's some really tasty drumming in there. I strongly recommend giving it a listen! Thanks for your hard work, insightful comments and overall enthusiasm, it's a joy to hear and watch!
Love this song. There's a 'live(streamed) version of it on their channel. The drummer is really busy in this song, but is oddly ignored in the video. On the live one, the mix isn't as good, but you can really get a better look at the drummer. Also, seeing Chucky play with the Groucho disguise is worth the price of admission alone.
Raitei is SO HEAVY! Tamu’s double bass is constantly changing but stays tight as a…. well, tight as a drum.🤣 The double bass blitz at the end is just like homemade buttercream- sweet as f**k.💪🏻🤘🏻
This was my favorite song prior to ADABANA, which should be on your list. Also, Revive, Ray of Light, Orian, Monster... and then pretty much all the other original songs. I'm not the biggest fan of the covers, but maybe you will be. :)
This is by far, my favorite Hazuki (guitarist on the left) solo. As to your question, I don't play instruments. When I was 10 and messed up "Three Blind Mice" on the accordion, I gave up playing.
I appreciate the knowledgeable insights in your reactions. Like many others in the comments, I recommend Adabana. Tamu’s drumming is really fantastic. You won’t be disappointed.
Great and insightful reaction!! If you’re interested in new bands coming up from Japan with great skills, just give a try to check Sokoninaru as well. “Gou Ni Moyu” and “Tenohira de Odoru” are my two recommendations, and hopefully you can check both MV and live version, as their technical excellence must stimulate you to wonder how they play those tune live (and actually they nail them down!). For me this Nemophila and Sokoninaru are two big discoveries during Covid. Have great day!!
This song perfectly showcases the skills of the drummer and the guitarists, and the bassline is quite complicated as well. Check out《adabana》next please!🤘🏻🌸🤘🏻
"RAITEI" = "thunder", nice reaction. Please react to Nemophila's Adabana (Official MV). Their latest and best-IMHO. (Tamu's (Dr.) fills are majestic) And for this week only (ends 7/23rd), one can see their concert at Whiskey A Go Go Hollywood from July 1st by buying a streaming ticket (4000 yen). Its a great concert- excellent musicianship-seamless stream. Trailer of it and directions on their channel. Best to you Mr. DrumRollTony.
Covers Time! Where to start? I’d go for Shimi (Maximum the Hormone). Just so good! Tamu (Drummer) is known by MTH and she did a lot of covers before Nemophila. Basically, any of their covers are awesome.
Well you found them already. Japan & Korea to a lesser extent have some incredible artist right now. The rabbit hole is deep should you choose to continue
Well, recommending a band you should check out named: RAISE A SUILEN pronounce as raise a swee learn. Song to check out RIOT, OUTSIDER RODEO or EXPOSE BURNOUT. Any song by them is mostly live, hype and fun to watch.
I recommend the following two songs: Nemophila - Hozuki (Demon Light) th-cam.com/video/TjqrElTL-r8/w-d-xo.html Nemophila - Hypnosis th-cam.com/video/k7iF1BZ36cU/w-d-xo.html
Bien 👌
Another amazing song, amazing band and cool reaction to it :) Being an ex-drummer myself (later guitarist and now bassist), I like getting drummers' input on music! Here are two more Japanese bands I'd love to see you react to: MergingMoon - Greyen (Live clip official) Saiseiga - Ride On
⏩Video Question: Do you know how to play any of Nemophila's songs on your instrument??

thank you for your reply.
Mr. Fujio, the producer of Nemophila, wanted to create the next generation of SYOU-YA.
Actually bought a 7 string because of Hazuki and Saki
Yep: worked out the guitar parts for "Revive" on my 7-string. Super-fun song to play!
One of their earliest and still one of my favorites. They just rip, but it's so much more than that. The composition is great, and as you pointed out, the craftsmanship is top notch. Thanks for doing this one.
Great job!. This one is one of my favorites. Probably their last song Adabana take the first place for me actually.
Thanks man, Nemophila is just amazing. Def have to do Adabana or Revive next.

"Raitei" 💙
I love it
I like how you talk like a DJ, in a way it kind of cool, I almost feel like I'm listening to the radio, good old days lol
It's the mic and mixer 🤟
@@DrumRollTonyReacts - those do affect the tone, but it is also your style of speaking.

was indeed a stream that was well worth the price ($40 for stream, while fun fact, it was $15 to actually see them live there). Had fun watching it.
Great reaction mate.
I believe that the drummer, Tamu, was VERY pregnant at the time of this MV.
NEMOPHILA
Next time, new song July 20th, Japan time

That Bruce Lee said, don't think, feel.

you absolutely need to listen to their last song, Adabana. I think it's by far the best one they've made
I always give a seizure warning on this video. Second original I heard from them. Still in my playlist

I wish you could react to Maximum the Hormone who are a role model for a lot of metal musicians in Japan. Nemophila made a cover of their song too.
Please React to "Save Yourself" by ONE OK ROCK 😊 they're also a Japanese Band and my most favorite along Band-Maid
666.........ahora es siempre
Just when I thought no one could top Babymetal, they just did.
Please checkout Nemophila's new Hip-hop song style.
