My 5 TAKEAWAYS: 1. Select video topics that people are searching for. 2. Find your niche. You don't have to be everything for everyone. 3. Get more serious about your thumbnails. 4. Increase uploads schedule (6x/week for them). 5. Make the best video that you can: valuable and entertaining.
Excellent advice. During the holiday season, when I had more free time, I uploaded and live streamed about 2-3 times a week. It really helped me get more subscribers probably because youtube was recommending my videos more often (although each individual video didn't get as many views). Glad you all have grown so much!
Nice, I found it when I needed a TH-cam to mp3 converter because everything else got blocked on my school computer, and decided to follow the channel because I saw they had some interesting stuff -but also because Grace is really cute 😳-
Congratulations 🎉 I’m curious if you can track somehow which videos leads to sign ups and sales:) Couple of ideas, Timestamps will work better if you actually beef em up with words better than tip1 2 3... I know you’d like them to not skip the video but it helps with SEO and then so that people can come back to an specific point they loved, don’t fear you’ll lose them by giving too much away on that regard. The other thing, look at a channel like Alux and how they enrich their descriptions with the actual questions the video answers for the viewers... everything about TH-cam is an SEO play, you’ll not want to kill the natural flow but keep that tip in your back pocket. See in what ways you could collab more with platforms that share the same audience like you mentioned tubebuddy would be a huge win because they excel at customer service, even if there could be some type of integration where kapwing delivers a few features for free in the same dashboard, then it’s a partner play from there, could be a huge win for both.
This may not be relevant, but I’ve been using Kapwing for my TH-cam videos for about a year and until now I was pronouncing Kapwing wrong, instead of Ka-pwing I was pronouncing it Kap-wing. Interesting, also thank you for this app without it my channel would not be where it is today!
