You have a really big garden, I love harvesting vegetables and fruits from the garden, it helps me relieve stress and balance. Thanks for sharing these interesting photos.

Aw thanks so much!! Best of luck navigating that. Shade can be hard to navigate but not impossible to grow many things still in!

I really need to grow those. I hear they are resistant to squash vine borers? I’ll give those a shot next time!

The Seminole pumpkins are fantastic . I got around 70 beautiful pumpkins from four plants . They’re still growing here on the last day of October. These things are great to eat and so much you can do with them . I started allowing my banana peppers to turn red and they are so sweet .

I’m growing Seminole pumpkins in central TX for the first time and they are performing far better than any other variety I planted with no SVB damage 😮

I have so many serranos I don't know what to do with them . I wan to dehydrate them and make powder but do not have a dehydrator

That’s a great idea! If you don’t have a dehydrator, you could use your oven set to the lowest temp instead. I’m not sure how long it would take. I’d probably check more frequently. But I’ve dried things in the oven many times!
