If you render the video as 4k from your video editor it will still improve quality as youtube will compress it less aggressively. I highly recommend doing so even for non 4k uploads.

X2000 can do 200 but limited to 180 due to infrastructure.
Most of the journey, if counted for in kilometers, are at about 180-200km/h. The beginning and end is at about 120-150 km/h.

Was this train running late? Looks and sounds like it is running quite a bit faster than usual.
Don't think it was, just a tight timetable that requires driving as fast as allowed to keep up.
