He has mentioned a lot of herbs which typically won't be available overseas. except for ashwagandha which should be available overseas easily pretty cheap. He's also mentioning taking almonds and walnuts which will help.
Apart from this, what really helped someone I know was going to get physical massages that focus on upper body. Only 1 massage cured him completely and he was shocked at why he didn't do it earlier. Just book an upper body massage focusing on the neck and shoulder that should relieve the nerves stress and loosen them up completely. Get well soon.
