I have been suffering from vertigo for more than 2.5 months and suddenly since past 10 days I have having symptoms of trigeminal neuralgia where my pain is severe above my ear and near my eyes, cheeks, lower jaw as well as the neck area behind the ear. I also have seen that my right eye takes longer to open when I wake up in the morning.
Seems like something else is going on here. You need to be evaluated by a specialist

Hello sir first of all thank you for such a great information i just wanted to ask can it affect the nose cause from the past few months i am having pain in my nose, contacted ent specialist but nothing came out. My dad age 54 , he is suffering from this disease, and the medication is on. The Neurologist said that Surgery is not required.

Dr saab, thank you very much for such informative video, Sir my name is Ajmal mughal. I live in UK and I am suffering from Trigeminal neuralgia for at least 20 years. It suddenly triggers and I feel such a pain that it's difficult to explain. My GP gave me Tegritol (carbamazepine tablets)after sometime i was feeling good and i had complete relief.After couple of years it started again and my GP referred me to neurologist, there i had CT scan and MRI scan and he gave me Lamotrigine 25mg.after using for few days i had reliefe again but 3 months ago it started again and this time no medicine works.plz,give me a guidance, if i come to India, will you be able to help me me...thanks.
