I have been having trouble riding my 2021 sportsman 570 premium due to the fact it has been in dealership shop being repaired more than on the trails. I have had a bent steering stem and bad stem bearing, both rear axles broken and terrible upper strut mounts noise.
The Dealer also does a PDI and test ride before you get it. This also made me not buy a ATV form a dealer because he said I couldn't get it ready I would have to come back and I called another Dealer and he said it would be ready when I got there so he's the one I I got my new ATV form.
I wouldn't it puts a lot of wear on the front differential and you are have to replace the oil in the differential every 20 hours. Read the Owner Manual if you don't believe me.

What happens to a vehicle when it comes out of the factory? Is it tested at all there?
Our vehicles go through quality checks before they leave the factory and make their way to their new owners.

Yes, you can run in AWD full-time
