I literally just cooked this recipe, and it was AMAZING!! I've only cooked Indian food a few times, so I'm no expert. But, I followed this recipe kinda closely, and it was some of the best curry I ever had!
I didn't follow the recipe exactly, because I was cooking half as much as the recipe calls for. But, just make sure to get all the right spices in there, and it will be great. I just finished my first time trying it, and it was TOP NOTCH!
I used @ 1/4 cup of chopped tomatoes, a good squeeze of tomato paste, and about 4 ounces of tomato sauce. And also don't forget a little sugar too, it really smooths out all them hot spices beautifully.
This recipe gets 9.5 out of 10 stars, it is seriously that good!! 💯👍
