@@rorymchenry373 That's shocking.... But equally amusing - That deffo came through in the video - Maybe pack heavy again for the next trip and title it 'what not to do on X hiking trip' lol In all seriousness, entertaining, likeable and I am certain, relatable for a lot of first time experiences :) - Have sub'd for your next adventure :P I recommend Cotswold Way, Coast to Coast (in the North) and maybe South Downs Way (it can be busy/ jammed at times) - All can be responsibly wild camped (if you're careful and discreet lol) and given that for the most part you're not 'that' remote (C2C is the most remote of the 3), you can get away with the bare essentials in terms of food/ cooking as its easy to drop in at an Inn.
Lol, that bit about the zip going 😂 I would have freaked out! If I do this route, I know that’s now going to be playing on my mind 👻
Stil slightly wondering if this is going to take a turn into found-footage horror
Slug running away 😂
Looked like a soggy day 2 mate.
I was sure you were going to be sat in that pub but fair play 👍
That spageti looked proper 👌
very soggy day!
Might have been the mischievous pigsies playing with tent.
Another good Vid. Is your Berghaus rain jacket any good. If so what model is it?
It’s the Cornice 2 I think - very waterproof but maybe a bit heavy duty for long distance hiking…
Curious how heavy your pack was given the volume and variety of food and drink you brought with + all the excess gear? 😅
It was heavy!! Over 20kg most days! Planning another one soon and will definitely try to cut down on excess crap!
