@Killer1772 you have to go to moriarty's bar in megaton and in the corner to the right of the entrance will be mr burke, he will give you something to rig the bomb to explode and leave, you rig the bomb and then go to tenpenny tower to watch the fireworks
You can get it from the first slaver you meet in paradise falls. the one guarding the gate. if you talk to him enough, he'll agree to let you become a slaver and he'll give it to you.

i was trying to show that Tenpenny really has no interest in the nuke unless Burke is alive :P usually he sits there drinking his tea and talking about the nuke, but with Burke dead, he doesnt really care.
ever noticed how those merchants u can find in towns and stuff if u shoot the merchant with the mesmatron the merchant and the guard will fight eachother the guard should win...(hes got a stronger weapon) then after the guard wins he will flee thus alowing u to search the merchant and gain the key to his merchandise
heres another glitch if u get the mesmetron, shoot tenpenny (this works most of th time about 1 out of 3) shoot tenpenny with the mezzer and tenpenny goes... well its hard to explain and his head explodes

The head explodes if they have a slave collar on them but else they just frenzy firstly on you but with a little luck u can make them kill people so you can loot them afterwards. (The person u frenzy will sooner or later be shot down by the nearest crazy gunman =P)
while playing earlier i was walking around in 3rd person and noticed that my left hand was extremley large but in 1st person there was nothing wrong LOL

I don't think so. I think you can only get that room if you blow up Megaton while Mr. Burke is standing there watching you. In this instance, Mr. Burke died before I blew it up, so I didn't get the room.
@BlueBoyX4 IT'S NOT EVEN RETARDED AI. If you read the "Mesmetron" manual in Fallout 3, you can see "Side effects" in which one is " INCREASED AGGRESSION. It's supposed ti happen.

not a glitch the mesmetron has 1 of three effects if you read the manual that comes with it. It can explode heads put people into a trance or make people shoot the first thing they see
dam i wanted to blow up the town but i killed the guy instead and stole his suit. then later i went back and deactivated it, and the sheriff gave me a pretty cool house in megatown with a robot who can cut ur hair and what not. and thos lady can give u themes for ur house

i killed burke and too tennpenny but i i can still enter to the suit i just got to enter from the behind door, so if you enter to the suit you will see a mister handy if you talk to him he will give you water or tell a joke just like your own mister handy in megaton

Yup it's described in the manual with three different possibilities: Mesmerize, inflict rage (they pretty much attack anyone) and head exploding.
Most of the important NPCs can't be enslaved (usually the ones with names but not always).
