The reason Schreiber's take on the character proved to be such a hit is because the "More Beast than Man" aspect of the character is played more subtly He absolutely passes as a normal man on the surface but you do _not_ want to be left alone with him

They wanted to. Liev Schreiber was set to come back and make an appearance, but because he was filming something else, there was a conflict in the shooting schedule. As such, he wasn’t able to be in the film.
Really sad such a wasted opportunity because Liev Schriber had the animalistic quality for Victor Creed similar to Don Franks' Victor Creed from X-Men the Animated Series.
Despite of the bad CGI effects, bad script, to make matters worse destroy the X-men prequel, for unknown reasons this is my favorite wolverine film second is Logan and last is The Wolverine.

I’m my opinion this is the most badass fight in the X Men trilogy. The first fight between Logan and Victor before Logan had an Adamantium skeleton. “Logan if you go down this road you won’t like what you find”. One of the best and memorable lines from x men.
Victor was pretty cool about where he fought. He wanted to do as little as damage as he could for the owner, so he tossed logan back out the door. Pretty thoughtful right before a beat down.

When Stryker swears on his sons life but in X2 its revealed his son is a mutant and he really hated him for killing his wife by suicide then he admits literally 30 seconds later Victor swore vengeance on all them
It’s a great scene, since Victor up until this point, was mostly a violent and sadistic killer, who killed everyone around him connected to “Team X” and its missions however, when it came to civilians who crossed paths with, he couldn’t be bothered with, even making small talk 😂

When your little brother thinks he's old enough to beat you.. Nah just kidding. But seriously Logan was outclassed here, he's doing clean living this is probably his first real fight in years. While victor was busy collecting mutants, Logan was busy chopping wood. Of course everything changed when the adamantium was injected to his body.
Even though they bonded the metal to his skeleton, why didn't Stryker add a protectant to prevent the metal from poisoning his body so wolverine can live longer
The adamantium metal itself is severely toxic. Logan was chosen for the simple fact that his pain threshold is far greater than any mutants ever come across including Victor. The healing factor is what keeps him going. It's fighting the toxicity of the metal constantly. But there is one singular drawback, wolverine has said that despite the healing Factor he's constantly in chronic pain. Not just from the previous wounds of every battle he's ever fought, but the adamantium in his skeletal structure puts him in the state of chronic arthritis.

Such a Beautiful movie about a man (Logan) trying to be a man and resist the animal inside him. It's hard to say if he did resist the animal, but he was a hero and made his girlfriend proud.

The adamantium metal itself is severely toxic. Logan was chosen for the simple fact that his pain threshold is far greater than any mutants ever come across including Victor. The healing factor is what keeps him going. It's fighting the toxicity of the metal constantly. But there is one singular drawback, wolverine has said that despite the healing Factor he's constantly in chronic pain. Not just from the previous wounds of every battle he's ever fought, but the adamantium in his skeletal structure puts him in the state of chronic arthritis.
