Which is true I wanted liev schreiber to come back and left room for him to have a cameo in the casino, but scheduling conflicts wouldn’t allow it unfortunately sad 😔.
My theory is that like in the comics, Sabertooth’s mutation continued to evolve the more violent he became. His bloodlust and power hungry nature made him more animalistic over time- his humanity stripped away. His healing factor also sped things up as well. In the comics, Wolverine’s healing factor was slowed down by the adamantium, but the metal never killed him. Instead it caused him constant pain to use his claws, and the more pain he was in, the more animalistic he became. When the metal was forcefully ripped out of him, this caused him to feel an immense an amount of pain no human or mutant should endure. This led to Wolverine becoming more animalistic, unlocking his bezerker rage, similar to Sabertooth’s own power.
Makes me think 🤔 wolverine and sabertooth are super natural like werewolves and probably are not mutants just a theory but if you read up on werewolf lores seem familiar 🤔 strange
If Magneto ripped the adamantium from his bones, technically it should’ve felt better for Logan afterward because his healing factor would jump to hyper speed healing, even faster than Deadpool’s. His entire body would heal, as would his brain and he could actually become More civilized rather than less.
@@vananon51remember that mental was already bonded to his bones for years. His body had already accepted it, then it was ripped out while he was conscious.
Days of Future Past was the absolute pinnacle of Xmen movies to date. It had comedy, drama, horror, suspense, an excellent story and an incredible stab at all of the character arcs. Between that and the best of all of the X Men returning? It was outright incredible. That movie made me cry.
Future Past sucked because they changed the story just to force Wolverine into it. In the comic it was Kitty Pride who was sent back to the 90’s to stop Gambit (actually Mystique) from killing President Robert Kelly. In the cartoon it was Bishop who was sent back by Forge. Pride or Bishop make way more sense than Wolverine.
@@andrewft31I don't think a change from the source material makes a movie bad. The movie was good. The fact that it wasn't wolverine who had the major role in the comics doesn't change anything
@@kc_h7h This is what I was thinking. They could have sent Deadpool back which would have ruined such a touching storyline. I'm ok with it because I stopped getting irritated the story lines changed. Why? The cartoons. The cartoons always pick and choose what to include, just like the movies, and as far as I'm concerned the '97 X-Men cartoon run was the Pinnacle of cartoon X Men. Like the episode where Creed finds out Sabertooth is his son and gets ousted by the friends of humanity. Based on other timeliness that would mean Wolverine was his son as well but they do not explore that. Just Victor's part in it along with the other mutants that were related in that episode. It was Rogue, Nightcrawler and Mystique all related in that one plus they threw in Marko (Juggernaut) as being Mystique's half brother. Again, differing from the comics they drew from but excellent nonetheless.
Sabertooth is shown to be becoming more feral and animalistic in Wolverine: Origins with each war he participates in. I could see him becoming like Sabertooth from the first movie.
Honestly, the facial similarities between Liev and Hugh make it believable that they're brothers. And in most scenes where both are raging out, you can see that there is a little less humanity in Victor than in Jimmy. The eyes are more rage filled, the face a little more contorted. It's perfect casting and amazing acting. Just great attention to detail overall IMO
In Logan, there was plans to have Saber Tooth come back to help Logan and Laura with Colonel Rice and X-24. That's where Logan was going to go when they bought new clothes and checked into the hotel. Logan was going to go to a casino where his brother worked and ask him for his help because they were being hunted down and Victor was going to be another character that was going to be added in with Xavier, Laura and the family that let them in. I don't know if Victor was going to be killed off by X-24 or if he was going to be alive all the way up until Laura and her friends went to Eden. It would've been a really good part in the movie to have him , Victor, come back considering that in Wolverine; Mutant Origins Victor tells Logan that they're brothers and that they'll always be together. I think it was a missed opportunity to show that in this movie.
I would have loved to see Sabretooth and Wolverine fighting together to keep Laura and the other kids safe near the border at the end of the movie. X-24 would probably kill Sabretooth at the end, which would inevitably signal Wolverine's quick death immediately right after because Sabretooth was always stronger than Wolverine. To be fair, Logan was like one of those experienced and aged lion leader until a younger, stronger, faster lion becomes the next new leader of the pride, which would be X-24.
Also, You should either buy, if you can find it, or read up on the X2 Wolverine prequel comic book. In it Logan travels to Alkali Lake to try and find out who he is.... You see him get there in the opening sequence of X2. In the comic Sabertooth tracks him down. Eventually they stop fighting and talk. During this talk Sabtertooth reveals he doesnt remember his life. All he remembers is Is being captive at a lab and being experimented on. He also said he escaped. It really doesnt go into much about what the experiment was, but im guessing Striker captured Victor some point after X-Men origins, experimented on him and triggered a second mutation or gave him a form of super human serum that made him bigger. As well as wiping his memory, which is why Sabertooth and Wolverine do not remember each other in the first X-Men movie.
@@aswadahmed8764 lmao. 1) they both dont know they are "brothers" because they dont remember that part of their lives. OBviously. I already explained why Sabertooth would remember lol. 2) They both recognized each other instantly in Wolverine and Deadpool. 3) They were never biological brothers in X-Men origins. If you actually watch the movie, The drunken grounds keeper looked like Lieve Schriber Aka Grown up Sabertooth. If you look at The actor who played Logans father, he looks exactly like Hugh Jackman. People tend to look like their biological parents, and not like the drunken bum who says hes your father lol. They were never brothers in the comics. That was just one false memory the two had in a storyline from the 90's in the comics.
@@emoxvx not in the comics and not in the movie. In the movie, they only wanted you to think they are half brothers. That was never confirmed. A drunk man who slept with Logan's mother said he was his father, that doesnt mean he is.
@@TheBeelzboss I can understand why you feel that way, but personally I prefer the versions of Sabertooth that are Logan's brother. It's just very fitting. Poetic almost in a narrative sense, and makes both characters all the more tragic. Plus it makes logical sense to me biologically. Their mutations are so, so similar that it makes sense that there is some sort of familial/genetic relation.
@@CryptidRenfri Yeah I mean that would be par for the course considering Scott and Alex Summers, similar type of energy but different mutation. I could see it. @@TheBeelzboss Logan as in James Logan. That's Wolverine's canonical birth name. He and I share a similarity in that. Same given first name originally. Now forgotten and never used.
I always love the Idea of these 2 Savage Arch Enemies being the Complete Opposite of Each Other, Howlett is more of a Broken Man with with Animalistic Instincts but in his Heart of Gold he’s a Good Man that in a way is more Human that we can Relate while Creed Embraces his Animalistic Instincts and Thirst for Bloodshed that’s more Monster than Man and he enjoys it every single minute of it, he basically has the Worst Traits of Humanity with a Endless Bloodlust and a Black Heart as Cold as Ice.
I actually think Liev Schreiber was an excellent choice for Sabertooth. He's cool and a little more refined than the Hair Metal version Tyler Mane portrayed from X1 and X2. I'd love to see him return to play the character, Schreiber is an underrated actor imo
"X-men Origins can't take place in the same universe as Logan does." Actually, it can for several reasons. First, the entire 1st act of Origins with Wolverine killing his father as a child and him fighting in every war with Sabertooth still exists in the timeline. Second, even when Days of Future Past changed the timeline after 1973, we know Wolverine still met William Stryker at some point and joined team X (based on the Deadpool 2 end credit scene). Third, the weapon X experiment still took place which is why we see Wolverine with metal claws again in Apocalypse and in Logan. Fourth, there's a deleted scene in Logan where he talks about how he and Sabertooth were in the same weapon X program together. Finally, in Logan, he has the adamantium bullet (the very thing that erased his memories in the first place).
Actually just experienced the x men series for the first time with my family in the lead up to Deadpool and wolverine. Would love to see more videos about the fox films 😊
Nice theory. My take on the timeline. Original Timeline 1: First Class 2: Origins Wolverine 3: X-men 4: X2 X-men United 5: X-men The Last Stand 6: The Wolverine 7: Days of Future Past (Bad Future) New timeline 1: First Class 2: Days of Future Past (past segments) 3: Apocalypse 4: Dark Phoenix 5: Deadpool 6: Deadpool 2 7: The New Mutants 8: Deadpool and Wolverine (present day and not main Logan) 9: Days of Future Past (new future) 10: Logan 11: Deadpool and Wolverine (post 2029) That's just my take
@@JackBrannen-ij7wp You sure? I thought it took place in 2029 and the TVA is involved in Deadpool and Wolverine. Course it's been years since I watched Logan. Oh well. It's just my head headcanon anyway and it's not like Fox or Disney care to make an official canon.
Actually logan confirms its from the same history as the original Timeline and the Origins timeline. In Logan he has an Adamantium bullet..... from X-Men origins wolverine. Logan also states that the Statue of Liberty was a long time ago. But... Logan exists in the changed universe after the events of Days of Future past where they prevented the future with the sentinels from happening, thus branching off into a new timeline with the X-Men Apocalypse and Dark Pheonix timelines... both of which cant exist in the original trilogies timeline.... but yet it does. Even X-men Origins Wolverine director in the commentary for that film, confirms that it is indeed set in the same timeline as the original three movies. I blame it all on the continuity control of the Fox. They just didnt care. But one line Beast says in Days Of Future past, time is like a river, you can throw a rock in it and it will disrupt the flow for a brief moment, but the river with correct itself eventually. Thus.... It all happens in one timeline.
@@sorassmallunicornworld3418 then how did he have the adamantium bullet? only person to have had that is striker in X-Men origins lol. and no... i didnt forget. ;)
I actually liked his costume in the first live action X-Men film, it's definitely one of those acceptable "This super person isn't going to wear his tights from the books in this live action movie" takes cuz it does seem like something Sabertooth in the comics would make & wear
Its the same victor. Everything you just said in this video anout his mutation making him more animalistic is exactly what ive been say for years. Logan lost his memories from a bullet. Victor lost his just by being a damn animal, but in some strange way still recognizes wolverine even though they cant completely remember how.

Sabretooth represents a quintessential embodiment of atavistic ferocity, an anthropomorphic avatar of primordial brutality whose existence constitutes a profound exploration of the inexorable dynamics of instinctual savagery. His ontological framework is deeply entrenched in a Darwinian orthodoxy, wherein his sanguinary proclivities and hyper-predatory instincts solidify his status as a hyperdominant entity within the superhuman stratification. In stark contrast to Wolverine, whose existential disquiet is characterized by an agonizing pursuit of redemption and ontological reconciliation, Sabretooth revels in his own intrinsic malevolence, embracing his role as the epitome of unadulterated, primal violence. His engagements with Wolverine are not mere skirmishes but rather apocalyptic convergences of primordial forces, where the Sisyphean cycle of predatory dominance and retributive sanguinary conflict is ceaselessly perpetuated. Sabretooth’s inexorable inclination towards hyperviolent conduct and his unrelenting repudiation of any semblance of teleological or ethical constructs render him not merely an adversarial entity but the living embodiment of primordial chaos, entropic dissolution, and cosmic malevolence. He serves as an omnipresent reminder that beneath the fragile veneer of civilization lies a universe governed by the inexorable and unyielding imperatives of raw, untamed, and preternatural power.
What if... Wade Wilson from Origins had a son, that they named....waitforit... Wade Wilson. So the new Deadpool is the son of Origins Deadpool, explaining why they look the same and has the same name, but both existed in the same universe.
you are forgetting when they were young in the 1700's. if it were de-evolutions it would requiring to going back to as he once was prior to evolutions. a good example is archangle in apocalypse when he was empowered by ra/en sabah nur. but later in days of future past comics he was implanted into the reverter and his metal wings were removed. where storm is a perfect example of a mutant whos morphed 2 times. where here powers over gusts of wind becomes power over wind, sky, ocean, and lightning. so a 2nd mutation of natural successions is often a more empowered and/or added set of powers within greater form. so no sabertooth is neither deevolutionized nor 2nd mutations. where you are a bit closer in referencing the damage that is caused to wolverine by magneto when he strips all of the adamantine from his body. severely injuring him to be like the contorted form that sabertooth is seemingly in. one of the things that makes wolverine so powerful is the weapon x program. not just the adamintine body. but the weapon x program. as weapon 10. weapon 1 was captian america with the super soldier serum. and one of the things the good doctor says, we have too be sure he is good. because if the subject is good the serum will enhance all that is good, but if the subject is evil or cross, then the serum could make the subject worse then the red skull which we aim to defeat. one of the things that has always upset sabertooth, is that his little brother underwent the weapon x program when he was suppose to undergo the weapon x program. always being the better soldier and the better killer, not worrying about morality and always completing the missions. and striker says to sabertooth, "no, vincent. you couldnt undergo the weapon x program, we have already tested your genome. you would not survive the transfusions." so he agrees to have it tested on his little brother first. but magneto being magneto always helping mutants to achieve their own goals to become the best form of themselves. even at times out of curiosity to see what the mutations would look like within end result. one of the promises he made to sabertooth was that if he aligns himself to serve him, that he(magneto) would help him achieve any goal he desired to better himself. aka, finding him the weapon x procedure and infusing him with the super soldier serum. and you might ask... well why doesnt wolverine look like that if he took the super soldier serum. well the weapon x project wasnt just the infusion of the super soldier serum, but infusing him and restraining any chages in his bone marrow the source of his mutations by subjecting it with adamantium. to see of the super soldier serum modifications can be restrined given the nature of his healing and the fact that logan has more bone marrow then vincent. where as you seen in the comics and in the origion film, logan died and lost his memories and the wolverine was born. so the change of vincent to sabertooth is the subject undergoing the weapon x super soldier serum treatment in his marrow without having the adamantium infusions to maintain his density. performed by magneto. weapon 11 was dukes super human strength and boyent density. where when the super soldier serum was applied to him... he became the blob. where after the mistakes of weapon x and weapon 11. striker attempted to use a clone and artifically create a mutant. and the cells kept destabilizing where after administering the super soldier serum the huntsmen became the hivemind. which brings us to weapon XIII, weapon 13. wade willson, the merc with the mouth. his mutant ability was super fast heightened reflexes. but while on a missions to obtain a vial of the red sacellum from the red room, which bolsters mutant abilities. he was injured and contaminated by the substance. as we learned from this the source of his powers was the cancer cells within his body that were malignant in nature gifting him his highetend reflexes. the red sacellum was enhancing his already heightening his already enhanced muntant abilities and causing his cancer cells to become growing at an alarming rate. unsure of the outcome, with intent to save one of his better soldiers striker put wade into the weapon x program with intent to target the cancer cells as the found source of his mutigen gene with the super soldier serum. which had a completely unexpected outcome. the cancer cells became the super soldier and continues to grow and grow and grow. even when limbs are cut off more "dead pools" spawn. using a matching modified genome of a chineese girl named xian zan lee... they clone her but modified with the genome of wade and logan. with the highetend cells without the cancerous growths, with the modified marrow, then given regular doses of red sacellum till 13, then undergoing the weapon x procedure after acquiring more adamantium. this is weapon 23. aka weapon X + XIII = XXIII. weapon 23. as she is more powerful then captian america, blackwiddow, wolverine, and deadpool... as she is all 4 in 1 without any of the defects. and a love note to jan stan lee. aka the perfect child.

You nailed it. Two timelines (maybe 3) branch after Days of future Past. It hit me a few months ago as I was doing a rewatch with the Mrs. We know what happened to wolverine’s conscience when it went back to the future… But what Happened to that body? Well we all know it went back to striker’s lab. And I believe Everything that happened in apocalypse and so on was a different timeline. 6:25 So, basically the parts of his brain that distinguishes humans from lesser animals, the prefrontal cortex, parietal, and temporal lobes turns off and the brain stem, cerebellum, and basal ganglia aka lizard brain takes over.
Their mutation on a cellular level was the exact same as they had the same father pass the same X gene to each of them, as was clearly stated in the beginning of Origins.
I honestly see it as the original sabertooth is the one in the void as for where in his timeline he was taken my guess would be from around the events of Logan you can tell as in the void he's older and slower but more importantly his abilitys seam to have taken a hit if i had to guess why he was voided by the tva i would say to stop him from potentially saving logan and laura as that would line up with waht the tva want
People are going to trash talk me for having an opinion, but X-Men Origins: Wolverine was and still is one of my favourite films. It's not perfect, but it's fun, exciting, emotional, has amazing action and fight scenes, and has (IMO) the best version of Sabertooth. Liev really nailed the role and made it his own. He has that menacing, almost feral yet terrifingly intelligent and calculated feel to him. You get the feeling that his Victor Creed is genuinely an evil person at his core, and not just a product of trauma. He's the perfect dark counter to Wolverine.
I haven't watched this yet but I saw this thumbnail and thought FINALLY 😂 I had been telling everyone that the difference was because of the secondary mutation FOR EVER
You want to talk time lines, There's a comic out there where a variant of wolverine Got sent back into the ancient past And was almost decapitated by conan the barbarian. The extreme blood loss caused him to revert to his feral state as his healing factor slowly repaired his damaged brain. We're it not for his adamantium spine conan's sword would have cleaved the head from his shoulders. He was also surprised that conan, a mere human being, was capable of knowing wolverine was tracking him and then being able capitalize on that knowledge in order to sneak up and ambush wolverine. I imagine to Conan, it just felt like he was being hunted by a wild predator like a big cat. Something he would be used to.
Sabertooth from origins will always be my version I accept. X-Men the first movie will never be the Sabertooth. He was always my favorite brotherhood member an I missed him in most of the movies 😞
Logan is in the same universe as the rest of the films because days of future past couldve changed deadpools origin, therefore changing xmen origins wolverine rather than putting it into a different universe
It's also explained in the comics that one of the reasons Logan goes insane is that, without the adamantium slowing down his healing factor, he's in constant agony while his body is constantly rebuilding itself from the ground up, and it drives him out of his mind. Victor may experience something similar that never had a check put on it, because his body wasn't suited to the adamantium. Besides, he was always the more savage of the two to begin with.
The wolverine trilogy is not even a trilogy all three movies are 3 separate films and in itself 3 separate universes also 2 are separate from the main timeline givenX-men origins film is a standalone movie and The Wolverine takes place in the same universe as both the original X-men trilogy and the first class saga also it is the same Wolverine in the classic brown yellow suit fighting Hulk in the multiverse slip in Deadpool. Logan takes place in Deadpool’s universe. Now we have yet to see the MCU earth 616 version of Wolverine or any of the mutants. I also believe the beast we saw in the end credits of The Marvels is from the days of futures past universe or possibly a different apocalyptic period as the earth looks pretty jacked in that universe. Also I know that this may be reaching a bit, but the Professor X in Dr. Strange is probably from the universe with the comic accurate Version of Wolverine thats 5’3 featured in Deadpool & Wolverine also
I wish we could see sabertooth come back again smilodon roar and all. The guy isn't evil whatsoever, he's just driven by animal instincts more powerful than Logans. The actor who played him in origins was absolutely PERFECT for the role.
sabertooths ability to track with his scent may have allowed him to be kept alive as a literal tracking dog for mutants and he would be likely to be obedient because of his lowered intelligence but his anger towards wolverine would likely bubble up some sort of recognition and attack if he ever saw logan like in deadpool and wolverine
What i like about the X-Men Origins Wolverine the back story is not only for Wolverine but Sabertooth too Liev was not outshined by Hugh they're equally great.
I would like to imagine that Schreiber and Mane Sabertooths are different. So I'm hoping we see Schreibertooth in a future movie (hopefully a wolverine family movie with Laura and Daken)
My theory is, Sabretooth went feral after Stryker lost his command and control. Out of losing the only family, whom he presumed to be dead - he went into reclusion , but was chased by Weapon X program which were all humans. This caused him to grow intolerant towards humans and he gave into full time blood feud . Magneto found him, promised him anti human war path and shelter and made him a henchman for the Mutant Brotherhood. While Wolverine was discovered by Xmen and became top aide of Professor X till death. All events are native to the 10005 Universe - the more human Wade Wilson who had this ability of being an accurate combatant was exposed to Weapon X program and Weapon X1 was created . This caused cancer in him giving him the residual healing abilities. A strange cancer which did not kill him but his external appearance changed. Which is what the current Deadpool is. Meanwhile , members of the Mutant Brotherhood got shifted to the Void from 10005 universe , by TVA , while Xmen were facing extinction. We saw Pyro, Juggernaut, Reptile(confusing the name this guy with the one from MK) and Sabretooth in the void in service of Charles's sister from the same 10005 universe. Ofcourse she got rid of Magneto ,as a result ,the mutant Brotherhood accepted her leadership. The Void is place for worst outcasts where TVA dumps those characters who are no more relevant in the timeline , but remains as a wild card for timeline disruption simply coz they won't just die or fulfill TVA demands , as we saw what happened to Deadpool in the latest movie. Hence summing up Universe 635 - Avengers universe Universe 10005 - X men universe All other versions of the Marvel universes are in which , Iron Man did not choose to use the infinity gauntlet.
OR since we get a diffrent version of how Logan got armored, we can assume it's not the same timeline and that in one of them, he is Man and in the other one monster X-2 . Stricker said that he and Logan worked together for a long time. '' i just gave you claws '' so no claws before. So logan would have been some kind of scientist. loses his memory during the procedure and runs away in the snow origins - undergo the procedure for revenge , it's not winter, loses memory after being shot
I can see the change in appearance being that he never got adamantium. Thats what essentially slowed down his mutation as without it he becomes more animal like mind and body wise.
When wade uses time travel to shoot the other Deadpool in the second movie post credits implies that those movies DO take place in the same world as origins. I think the other deadpool is... Sort of a clone of all of the members of Team X with Wade serving as the "base donor."
It's interesting Earth-10005 Sabretooth came back in Deadpool & Wolverine, trailer shows this and it's interesting he references knowing Earth-10005 Wolverine making me think he is the same one. Not sure if one reference is enough.😅

If it was the case that X-Men Origins is the same time lines as X-Men and X2, then that definitely proves that the prequels are a completely different timeline since at the end of Origins Xavier was bald and standing. In the prequels, he didn't go bald until after being paralyzed. So as far as continuity, I believe Origins through the Wolverine when he's in Japan is one timeline and the prequels + logan would be another
the reason Wolverine never goes feral naturally is because he practices restraint and control on a daily basis. that is his internal struggle. hes always fighting his urges to become the animal. Not to mention that his healing factor is always working to combat the foreign adamantium. and therefore not giving his mutation enough capability for him to achieve a full mutation as easily. Victor doesn't care to have control over himself and has nothing holding him back
Sabertooth in the comics is a villainous animalistic Mutant with no relation to Logan or Wolverine, he merely looked animalistic not because of a relation to Logan but his mutation was merely just that since the beginning, while James Howlett Aka, Logan is a heroic animalistic Mutant with no relation to Victor Creed/Sabretooth, though their powers are similar, there are big, big differences, in the comics, Victor was an abused mutant child before snapping against his parents and killing his whole family, he has Logan’s basics except his claws are instead sharp talons replacing his finger nails and his healing is better than Logan while he has an adamantium skeleton whilst Logan was the unknowingly illegitimate child of his step-father’s wife and housekeeper, he also had a brother, Dog Logan who is a human mutant hunter. Whilst wolverine also has similar powers with sabretooth’s, he is actually the one of the 2 who is actually slowly becoming a monstrous, animalistic mutant, with his Healing Factor being the reason and evolves along with Logan’s monstrofication, since he was given an adamantium skeleton before his situation was starting to become prominent, so the body accepted the adamantium and his monstrofication was halted and if it ever had started again, his body is too busy with the adamantium poisoning meaning the Logan’s healing with his metal skeleton was below on par with Sabretooth’s default healing factor, meaning Logan is stronger without the metal but is more durable with the metal and keeps his humanity as well. In the films, it seems that the aspect that Logan becomes a noseless honey badger in the comics when his adamantium was removed was also applied to Victor and Logan (movie) as well but the monstrofication is less prominent but acts faster especially when accepted by the mutant. In conclusion, Logan and Victor in the comics are unrelated, with similar powers but the other guys becoming a noseless honey badger whilst movie Logan and Victor are almost the same except for their claws and one has metal in his bones while the other is Liev Schreiber but is turning slowly into Tyler Mane.
Why he is called Victor creed? His name is Victor Logan and Wolverine's name is James Logan, their Father's name whom Logan killed in his childhood was Thomas Logan, Logan is their surname..
I can say that Sabertooth in Deadpool is not the same one from the fox timeline with absolute certainty, simply look at his teeth, he is missing the feral fangs of the Sabertooth we know.
Well, If 'Days Of Future Past' placed before 'The Last Stand' & 'The Wolverine' placed after that. Why Charls & Erik recruit Logan for 'Days Of Future Past' at the end of 'The Wolverine'?
I guess sabretooth becoming more animalistic and forgetting about his life could better explain the whole Logan and victor being brothers thing. I know originally they weren’t brothers, they were just in the weapon x program together. Origins made them brothers which didn’t really make sense to me at the time but after watching this, it makes a little more sense. They dont remember each other for different reasons!

I thought he was originally the villain of Logan before being replaced by x24
Which is true I wanted liev schreiber to come back and left room for him to have a cameo in the casino, but scheduling conflicts wouldn’t allow it unfortunately sad 😔.
Origins Sabertooth was unironically one of my favorite movie villains.
Or he’s two different people.
@@vananon51If X-Men gets a reboot do you think it's possible that Sabertooth will be in it 🤔
Days of Future Past was the absolute pinnacle of Xmen movies to date.
Dont care about comics, movie was fun@@andrewft31
@@andrewft31 Meh, they could have sent Professor Hulk back so I'm ok with the menial changes from other formats but I feel your pain.
1:09 Liev Schreiber looks so cool here. Like turning into a werewolf
“VICTOR! VICTOR!” - Wolverine (X-Men Origins)
Victor: "Well, well, Well. Look what the cat dragged in."
Jimmy! Jimmy! Ooo, Shiny 😺
“You don’t call! You don’t write! How else am I supposed to get your attention!”
Black Man with his snake walks
I loved Liev Schriber as Sabertooth. He was gangster as hell. Lol
Explains why sabretooth didn’t have anything to say to someone that looked identical to his long lost brother in Deadpool and Wolverine
That was just one false memory the two had in a storyline from the 90's in the comics.
that makes a lot of sense
@@intothezombieapocalypse Weren't they half-brothers though?
@@emoxvx not in the comics and not in the movie. In the movie, they only wanted you to think they are half brothers. That was never confirmed. A drunk man who slept with Logan's mother said he was his father, that doesnt mean he is.
In Deadpool and Wolverine, when Sabertooth show up (Tyler Mane's version), Deadpool actually said that he was Wolverine's brother.
Yeah, I hated that bullshit. But in some weird timelines it's true. All these retcons can really diminish characters.
Logan as in the guy that James killed and assumed the identity of?
@@CryptidRenfri Yeah I mean that would be par for the course considering Scott and Alex Summers, similar type of energy but different mutation. I could see it. I know that originally Sabretooth wasn't a Wolverine villain and they were throwing him around seeing where he fit (He ended up fitting quite well as a Wolverine villain most agree, and I think so too)
@@TheBeelzboss Logan as in James Logan.
That's Wolverine's canonical birth name.
He and I share a similarity in that. Same given first name originally. Now forgotten and never used.
I’d love to see Liev Scrieber back as Sabretooth. He was perfect for that role! Plus I love the actor in Ray Donovan and the Scream original trilogy 😍
Now I want xmen origins: sabertooth
I always love the Idea of these 2 Savage Arch Enemies being the Complete Opposite of Each Other, Howlett is more of a Broken Man with with Animalistic Instincts but in his Heart of Gold he’s a Good Man that in a way is more Human that we can Relate while Creed Embraces his Animalistic Instincts and Thirst for Bloodshed that’s more Monster than Man and he enjoys it every single minute of it, he basically has the Worst Traits of Humanity with a Endless Bloodlust and a Black Heart as Cold as Ice.
Xmen Origins Victor Creed was the best Sabretooth!!
Liked all of origins including Deadpool. Sure it wasnt Deadpool in character but he was a ruthless weapon whooping both wolverine and sabertooth.
I actually think Liev Schreiber was an excellent choice for Sabertooth. He's cool and a little more refined than the Hair Metal version Tyler Mane portrayed from X1 and X2. I'd love to see him return to play the character, Schreiber is an underrated actor imo
"X-men Origins can't take place in the same universe as Logan does."
Actually, it can for several reasons.
I don't disagree with you but how do you explain Origins Deadpool and our Deadpool both existing?

You forgot one Detail at the end of days of future past where Logan says he has all the memories of the original timeline
5:10 plus i mean saber tooth is his blood brother so i feel like if he could go threw another mutation to go to this animalistic form like beast maybe Wolverine could potentaly mutate further as well... the only thing is like beast had a further mutation turning beasty for lack of better words,,, and if anything his inteligence increased not decreased
The FOX X-MEN Timeline being crazy inconsistent and whatnot is a unintentional nod of homage to the source materials which shared the exact same issues. 😂❤
I need to get the Marvel Legends Wolverine/Sabretooth 2-pack because I'm too obsessed with Sabretooth and he's one of my favorite Marvel Villains.
In Logan 2029 Logan told Prof X that the Statue Incidence been long ago. So the original Xmen Plot took place.
And Victor was supposed to be in Logan the Leif Schreiber version and he was to own a casino but it was cut.
Thats cap because by that time he was already mutated
@@Im_Negan_literally irrelevant. And anyway deadpool 3 literally showed there being multiple universes and multiple versions of characters. He was meant to return, YOUR opinion does not change that.
Ahh so wolverine with the white suit and eye patch in Deadpool 3 would be in that timeline?
Would love to see Sabertooth come back
I wish they casted Tyler Mane in X-Men origins to save the confusion
He doesnt act well. Hence why he barely gets to speak any lines. Thats why he was cast as michael myers, hes stature, not his acting ability.
What if... Wade Wilson from Origins had a son, that they named....waitforit... Wade Wilson.
So the new Deadpool is the son of Origins Deadpool, explaining why they look the same and has the same name, but both existed in the same universe.
I love how everyone is alright with unanimously purging everything from Origins EXCEPT Victor.
you are forgetting when they were young in the 1700's. if it were de-evolutions it would requiring to going back to as he once was prior to evolutions. a good example is archangle in apocalypse when he was empowered by ra/en sabah nur. but later in days of future past comics he was implanted into the reverter and his metal wings were removed. where storm is a perfect example of a mutant whos morphed 2 times. where here powers over gusts of wind becomes power over wind, sky, ocean, and lightning. so a 2nd mutation of natural successions is often a more empowered and/or added set of powers within greater form.
so no sabertooth is neither deevolutionized nor 2nd mutations. where you are a bit closer in referencing the damage that is caused to wolverine by magneto when he strips all of the adamantine from his body. severely injuring him to be like the contorted form that sabertooth is seemingly in.
one of the things that makes wolverine so powerful is the weapon x program. not just the adamintine body. but the weapon x program. as weapon 10. weapon 1 was captian america with the super soldier serum. and one of the things the good doctor says, we have too be sure he is good. because if the subject is good the serum will enhance all that is good, but if the subject is evil or cross, then the serum could make the subject worse then the red skull which we aim to defeat.
one of the things that has always upset sabertooth, is that his little brother underwent the weapon x program when he was suppose to undergo the weapon x program. always being the better soldier and the better killer, not worrying about morality and always completing the missions. and striker says to sabertooth, "no, vincent. you couldnt undergo the weapon x program, we have already tested your genome. you would not survive the transfusions." so he agrees to have it tested on his little brother first.
but magneto being magneto always helping mutants to achieve their own goals to become the best form of themselves. even at times out of curiosity to see what the mutations would look like within end result. one of the promises he made to sabertooth was that if he aligns himself to serve him, that he(magneto) would help him achieve any goal he desired to better himself. aka, finding him the weapon x procedure and infusing him with the super soldier serum.
and you might ask... well why doesnt wolverine look like that if he took the super soldier serum. well the weapon x project wasnt just the infusion of the super soldier serum, but infusing him and restraining any chages in his bone marrow the source of his mutations by subjecting it with adamantium. to see of the super soldier serum modifications can be restrined given the nature of his healing and the fact that logan has more bone marrow then vincent. where as you seen in the comics and in the origion film, logan died and lost his memories and the wolverine was born.
so the change of vincent to sabertooth is the subject undergoing the weapon x super soldier serum treatment in his marrow without having the adamantium infusions to maintain his density. performed by magneto.
weapon 11 was dukes super human strength and boyent density. where when the super soldier serum was applied to him... he became the blob.
where after the mistakes of weapon x and weapon 11. striker attempted to use a clone and artifically create a mutant. and the cells kept destabilizing where after administering the super soldier serum the huntsmen became the hivemind.
which brings us to weapon XIII, weapon 13. wade willson, the merc with the mouth. his mutant ability was super fast heightened reflexes. but while on a missions to obtain a vial of the red sacellum from the red room, which bolsters mutant abilities. he was injured and contaminated by the substance. as we learned from this the source of his powers was the cancer cells within his body that were malignant in nature gifting him his highetend reflexes. the red sacellum was enhancing his already heightening his already enhanced muntant abilities and causing his cancer cells to become growing at an alarming rate. unsure of the outcome, with intent to save one of his better soldiers striker put wade into the weapon x program with intent to target the cancer cells as the found source of his mutigen gene with the super soldier serum. which had a completely unexpected outcome. the cancer cells became the super soldier and continues to grow and grow and grow. even when limbs are cut off more "dead pools" spawn.
using a matching modified genome of a chineese girl named xian zan lee... they clone her but modified with the genome of wade and logan. with the highetend cells without the cancerous growths, with the modified marrow, then given regular doses of red sacellum till 13, then undergoing the weapon x procedure after acquiring more adamantium. this is weapon 23. aka weapon X + XIII = XXIII. weapon 23. as she is more powerful then captian america, blackwiddow, wolverine, and deadpool... as she is all 4 in 1 without any of the defects. and a love note to jan stan lee. aka the perfect child.

Loved all the war scenes from civil war to Vietnam
I love Hugh Jackman in the movie. I love his physique love everything about Wolverine, I just wish they admitted more dark.
X-men origins is a beautiful masterpiece
Liev as Sabretooth needs his own movie!
I wrote it 10 years ago.
Same situation as with Kitty Pride, she had new powers in 'Days of Future Past' movie.
Bros name is literally sabertooth and has none of the limits holding him back like Wolverine
How about a MCU Sabretooth film?
I know they’ll never do it but I’d love to see a berserker wolverine versus feral sabertooth movie !
I actually loved Origins
Sabertooth from origins will always be my version I accept. X-Men the first movie will never be the Sabertooth. He was always my favorite brotherhood member an I missed him in most of the movies 😞
Logan is in the same universe as the rest of the films because days of future past couldve changed deadpools origin, therefore changing xmen origins wolverine rather than putting it into a different universe
Marvel and their multi dimensional time travel quite confuses me
I LOVED this movie.
We need a Happy Birthday Logan movie where they follow Victor Creed hunting Logan down for a good ol birthday duel Freddy vs Jason style babyyyy
My man SaberTooth 🔥
sabertooths ability to track with his scent may have allowed him to be kept alive as a literal tracking dog for mutants and he would be likely to be obedient because of his lowered intelligence but his anger towards wolverine would likely bubble up some sort of recognition and attack if he ever saw logan like in deadpool and wolverine
I actually really enjoyed Liev Shrievers portrayal of Sabertooth and wish they would have kept him cast in that role if possible
The victor creed claws in origins was bada$$. When he extended them on the lightbulb.
What i like about the X-Men Origins Wolverine the back story is not only for Wolverine but Sabertooth too Liev was not outshined by Hugh they're equally great.
I cannot wait to see the X-Men in the mcu.
I really liked xmen orgins It’s one of my favourites
Hence summing up
Universe 635 - Avengers universe
Universe 10005 - X men universe
All other versions of the Marvel universes are in which , Iron Man did not choose to use the infinity gauntlet.
OR since we get a diffrent version of how Logan got armored, we can assume it's not the same timeline and that in one of them, he is Man and in the other one monster
X-2 . Stricker said that he and Logan worked together for a long time. '' i just gave you claws '' so no claws before. So logan would have been some kind of scientist. loses his memory during the procedure and runs away in the snow
origins - undergo the procedure for revenge , it's not winter, loses memory after being shot

So as far as continuity, I believe Origins through the Wolverine when he's in Japan is one timeline and the prequels + logan would be another
Striker wiped memory like he wanted to Logans and unlocked more of his meditation before he was released
the reason Wolverine never goes feral naturally is because he practices restraint and control on a daily basis. that is his internal struggle. hes always fighting his urges to become the animal.
There's also a comic which happens between X-Men and X-2 where Wolverine and Sabertooth meet up. IDK how the comic would fit into the timeline.
I love Wolverine Origins. Besides the whole Deadpool mess up the movie is really good.
I’m pretty sure Deadpool 3 confirmed that all of the Fox X-Men films take place in the same universe.
2nd Mutation in some mutants theory sounds perfectly good.🗿
Why he is called Victor creed? His name is Victor Logan and Wolverine's name is James Logan, their Father's name whom Logan killed in his childhood was Thomas Logan, Logan is their surname..
At this point I just think that "X-Men_ Origins" is just a different Universe.
i would love it if liev schriber showed up in the mcu as sabretooth
I can say that Sabertooth in Deadpool is not the same one from the fox timeline with absolute certainty, simply look at his teeth, he is missing the feral fangs of the Sabertooth we know.
In the deadpool and wolverine film deadpool even says outloud your brother sabertooth. Pretty much confirmed
We got the one of the best villains of Marvel done justice in one of the mid movies
Well,
If 'Days Of Future Past' placed before 'The Last Stand' & 'The Wolverine' placed after that.
These variants could have reached the void in loki 2 when TVA was pruning the timeline in episode 2
9:21 traditionaly if the same actor is playing the character then its the same character unless like chris Evans they played two different people. So the sabertooth played by Tyler Mane in deadpool and wolverine is the same as in xmen.
the beast saber tooth is victor creed embracing his feral side
